The apartment was clean, and it had everything we needed, even a phone charger with different plug standards, which can be an issue if you're traveling from Europe and you're not aware of the different power socket standards in Japan (we didn't know :/ ). The location is great, 50m from one metro station and ~200m from another one, making it really well connected, and it has a FamilyMart store almost next to it. The staff was really pleasant and helpful with all our questions. We loved our stay at this hotel, and we're coming back next time we visit Tokyo.

The staff were welcoming and efficient at processing our booking in and booking out. They kindlly assisted us with recovering our baggage when it didn't turn up on the flight. The rooms were a good size, excellent location (subway about 5 minutes walk, plus big everground station to Haneda about 10 mins walk) with easy access to most locations in Tokyo. There are a good selection of cafes and restaurants and a convenience store nearby.

No breakfast was provided, this was clear to us when booking and wasn't a problem as there were plenty of cafes nearby where you could get breakfast.

While the room was quite large as far as Tokyo hotels go,, the space was kind of poorly organised - i was not able to lay my suitcase out flat without moving the bed, which was positioned only a small, pointless distance away from the wall. I also needed to relocate the air purifier and 1 of the chairs so i could actually move around the bed. The bed was comfortable enough, but a little firmer than I would prefer, including the pillows. The shower was good, amenities supplied were good, the air conditioning was easy to control, though could only be used in heat mode, so i often turned it off and opened the window as the days started warming up. The staff were lovely and professional and gave me a room on floor 12 with a good view of Tokyo Tower. This was really appreciated for my 7 night stay. The hotel is conveniently close to Hamamatsucho Station with the Yamanote Line and Daimon subway station with the Asakusa line, making it very easy to get around Tokyo. My second time staying here and I would definitely consider booking again in the future.

Comfortable rooms with amazing pillows, clean, great coffee machine, big TV, very fast WiFi and adequate storage space for suitcases. The hotel is in a great location and fairly close to a number of big stations so easy to get around. Not sure why people were complaining about the AC. In our room, you could change the temperature and turn it off, but you can't change from cooling to heating mode.

Only 1 lift so getting up and down occasionally took a while. The ice machine on the 10th floor was out of order but the one on the 5th floor worked perfectly every time.

Excellent hotel, rooms are not so spacious but that is common problem in hotels in Tokyo. The room was so clean and the staff was really polite. Not knowing very good english is oft an obstacle in Japan but the people at front desk used a translate application and everythin ran smoothly at check in out check out. There are lots of good eating places and a lot of Konbinis in the area. We went on foot to Tsikiji market and there is a very comfortable connection to city metro system with JR and Metro station within 5 min of walking. All in all a good experience!

The hotel is nice and staff very kind. They offer different kind of rooms, more affordable (usually very small) but next scale in price are more confortable. They have electric kettle, hair dryer... what I find more necessary for the price. This is my second time in two trips, as a hotel for a couple of days while connecting Tokyo with other cities, or place easy to reach from Haneda airport through Monorail.

The only missing service that for me is usually very important is to have the option to include Breakfast, but it do not offer breakfast; anyway, you have several options close to this location for breakfast or lunch.

The location was convenient, it was approximately 5-6 minutes walk from Hamamatsucho station with plenty of restaurants, 24 hours convenience stores and drug stores within 5 minutes walking distance. Rooms were more spacious then most other Tokyo hotels, can lay my luggage down on the floor without blocking the path. Also the rooms were clean and staff were nice. Staff will always greet the guests with "ohayo gozaimasu", "konnichiwa" or "konbanwa" depending on time of day.

Not the fault of the hotel, but I stayed in the hotel during the time of construction work outside and can hear the noises. Also can hear traffic during the busy hours, however since I was not a light sleeper, I was able to get by. I possibly would had preferred a foldable chair or small stool next to the entrance, so I could easily take on and off my shoes. I respect to take off shoes at the entrance of the room, however I didn't had much space or a chair to sit which made it difficult trying to put on shoes.

1/ Staff: friendly and supportive 2/ Room: quite small but meet our needs, fit our luggage: 2 check-in luggage, 3 carry-on luggage. We stayed 5 nights, and had daily-cleaning. 3/ Location: closed to many convenience stores; Daimon station (2 exits) and Hamamatsucho Station (JR line) just by few minutes, easy to carry luggage from those stations to the hotel. And we can easily access to other tourism attractions from there around 15-20 minutes. 4/ From Airport to Hotel: Just stay on 01 Keikyu train from Haneda Airport to Daimon Station, without change the train. 5/ Additional service: We also use the Airporter sevice as recommended by the hotel to have a hand-free travelling to Mount Fuji. We sent 03 luggage to the airport in advance and we can enjoy the trip to Mt.Fuji. 6/ Hotel price: valuabe and reasonable price for the trip.

Staff: Though they did not speak much English, the staff members were very patient and eager to help. Nothing a bit of Google Translate could not do. They arranged our Yamato luggage transportation smoothly. They were courteous and made us feel welcome through the stay by answering our questions and greeting all guests who enter. Location: This is a quieter area of Tokyo but still within walking distance to countless restaurants and some attractions, such as Tokyo Tower, teamLab Borderless, Kyu-Shiba-rikyu Gardens, and Hamarikyu Gardens. Less than 5-10 minute walk to several JR stations with easy access to the rest of Tokyo. Also, Family Mart right next door is convenient for late night food, drinks, and amenities. Facilities: We had a room in the 12th floor. We did not utilize any other facilities besides our room. The room was small for two people but perfect for those looking to have a comfortable place to rest after a day of travel. Everything was clean and worked excellently.
