Very large room (twin room), very clean and new condition. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is close to a local supermarket. The closest train stations are very central and convenient to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku and Tokyo.

The purpose of our trip was to see a concert at Tokyo Dome. We arrived the day before and went to Kidzania. The hotel was an easy ride from Kidzania and walking distance from Tokyo Dome, without the high prices of hotels close to Tokyo Dome. The room was fairly big considering the fact it’s an inexpensive Tokyo hotel. Three people fit comfortably and there was room to open our suitcase. It is very clean and simple hotel, absolutely no frills but we didn’t need any. We are coming back for two more concerts in May/June and have already booked this hotel again for those dates. I think this will be our go to hotel for any concerts at Tokyo Dome.

The toilet, the bed, the pillows were good. The room and facilities are very new. There’s a laundry room with dryer.

There’s no housekeeping as mentioned, probably to keep the price low. We stayed for 5 nights so still ok without the housekeeping. Hotel can consider giving free housekeeping for every 3 or 4 nights stay. The balcony is sealed. We can’t step out. Can only let the air in. Will be good if there’s water dispenser.

Great hotel , modern and clean with relatively spacious rooms with great set up. Our room had a mini kitchen with a microwave and a kettle , cups and small spoons . There were no plates which would have made it perfect , but we got by. Beds were very comfortable. There’s a great supermarket across the road and train station is about 8 minutes walk with fairly easy commute to all major attractions in Tokyo. Would highly recommend, especially for families

The room was spacious. The location is good, it's about a 10 min walk from a station. It was a bit inconvenient that the elevator didn't go to the top floor.

The only thing that I didn't like was that I asked the staff the first day I checked in if they were able to send my luggage to the airport, they said yes and it would take 2 days. I took my luggage to the front desk 2 days before my flight in the morning. They told me that it wouldn't get there in time. The good thing is that they made it possible but they took about 2 hours trying to figure out the entire situation.

The room we got was of decent size considering Tokyo standard. There was a smoking zone dedicated for the hotel guests at the ground floor. Again, considering the limited availability of smoking locations in Tokyo, it is an added point for guests, who are smokers.

The location of the hotel was almost 11 minutes (including 3 boring zebra crossings) away from Iidabashi Station.

Very clean on arrival! Free to use umbrellas then return. Self laundry on site. Friendly staff.

No house keeping(was told at check in). View from window was …a wall (wasn’t expecting ocean view or to see whole Tokyo but some sky would have been nice). Self laundry takes forever + works only with coins (no bank notes, cards or suica)

Flex Stay Inn Iidabashi - a slightly older property but trust me it’s totally value for money given the fact that Tokyo is one of the costliest cities in the world. Family room had everything, right from a small kitchen to utensils to microwave oven. Bathroom was swanky clean, bed was extremely comfy. We had an amazing time staying with Flex Inn. We checked in post 6pm JST and the manager greeted us with so much respect, he has extremely courteous enough to inform us (translate) everything (rules, touristic places to visit, cab charges etc.) Property is located within a residential territory and the nearest Subway station (Idabashi) is around 600m / 6min walk. JR station will be around 900m and 10min walk from the property. We just loved the toiletries Flex had provided us with, super amazing. You’ll have a supermarket right opposite to the property wherein you could buy groceries and cook your meals inside the room. You’ll have 3 Seven Elevens, 1 family mart and 1 Lawson within 500-600 mtrs range. Nearest Daiso store is around 600mtrs. McDonalds, Subway hints are also close by. I therefore would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling with family and would like to save a few bucks and need a bigger room like us. Trust me you’ll not have any regrets. WiFi was also pretty decent.

Quite old property within that vicinity, however it was well maintained. Rest were okay for a bigger family room like FlexInn

The room, equipped with a kitchenette, had all the necessary utensils for cooking. The location was within walking distance of Iidabashi Station, and the staff was friendly. I lost my umbrella after mistakenly placing it in the area designated for hotel umbrellas. However, when I informed the receptionist during checkout, she kindly offered me one of the hotel's umbrellas.

the rooms were clean and tidy. the staff was accommodating. toiletries were provided for us to change every day.

they didnt do room cleaning. for us that stayed for a week, we would have loved if they could at least clean the room once in those 5 days. i hope the hotel considers cleaning the room for long stays.
