Very nice atmosphere, the room had everything we needed. The area was very nice and calming. The people were nice.

Our room was on the ground floor, which meant our balcony was too and we couldnt make much use of it because everyone was walking by. The bed was very hard and there were no spare bedsheets so we could change them since there was no way for them to dry in one day. The neighbors were very loud and there was some kind of bus or truck every day at exactly 2 or 3 am right outside our window, making a lot of noise. There was also no storage space but we managed.

Spacious enough for 2 people for 2 weeks, good walking distance to 2 different stations. All the amenities needed to do laundry, cook, dry clothes etc. Staff were helpful and responsive when we had an issue with the key. Plenty of 24 hour convince stores within a few minutes walk. Basic apartment but really clean and nice to stay in, plus the air con was more than welcome after a long day on your feet. In a lovely little town with shops, restaurants, pharmacy, very quiet and English friendly.

The stairs are a bit tight for getting heavy cases up and down

I stayed 12 days in Japan in total , this one was the last one, at the beginning I did not like it, because I found it “far” from station ( i was in other hotel with the station at the door) but is alright, is well connected. 25-30 to shibuya crossing. After traveling so many days, you kinda appreciate having a place to cook o prepare the breakfast that you like . I was very surprised that we had washing machine. The provide cleanning products but the bottle with detergent and softener was empty, at least throw that away before the new guest check in. Secondly was a scale in the room and it wasn’t working, same do not leave garbage or things that don’t work. The apartment is small as everything in japan haha is you are big maybe will be to tight. But I like the area, i had a balcony to pit my clothes, there are 2 stations close and supermarkets open until 23:00 and restaurants and a Convenience store.

The check in process was a bit complex, the code and get the key, could be easier if you changed the lock on the mail box. Was hard haha

- Very good connections to all spots you want to visit -Quiet location - Has all amenities we needed for the time we stayed in- ( washing machine, kitchenette, fridge, TV, hairdryer, towels) - Cheap

- We struggled with the payment- there's no direct or face to face contact with the host and the requirements they have are a bit odd. We discussed just via Booking.com messages and stressed a bit, but in the end managed to sort it out. - It could be a bit cleaner

The house is near the train station, about a 5-minute walk. There are shops where you can buy groceries and coffee. The house is quite small, as is commonly the case in Japan. Clean house, and the bed was comfortable.

The trash system. I'm confused about where & when I can put the trash outside the accommodation. The heater in the house also makes me confused, which is not explained in the house information/guide.

Modern apartment with cooking and cleaning facilities including a washing machine, induction stove top, microwave and kettle. Self check in process was fairly straightforward. Located close to metro station which made sight seeing around Tokyo fairly easy. A few restaurants and convention areas nice stores in the area. It is a residential area, so was very quiet and not too much to see closeby. Wifi and air conditioning worked well.

We rented 4 1 x LDK apartments for a family of 8 persons. The proximity to the Kagurazaka and Edogawabashi Stations was fantastic, the comfort and privacy of 4 distinct apartments for the family worked out very well. The facilities were modern and in perfect condition. We had an all round fantastic experience in Nestay Inns.

Great location, close to metro lines, shops and restaurants. Very good facilities (bathroom, shower, bath, kitchen, heating) and amenities provided with the room. Smooth check in and overall a pleasant stay.

The double bed is a bit small for two people and the apartment was a bit dusty which we did not expect considering all the warnings about additional charges if you do not take off your shoes at the entrance.

Been there for two weeks and everything was perfect! Great connection to the public transport and many combinis in the area!

Had the room on the ground floor directly besides the entrance therefore I could here people talking in front of it and also had to close the curtains when I was home because the only bigger window was directed to the entrance.

Awesome space for a group of three! Spacious for a small space. Even a washer upstairs in the loft. Clean. Self registration was straight forward with the email directions.

The furry carpet underneath our mattress was a little odd and the floor mattress was super close to the sliding door curtains. Had to be careful not to lay on the curtain bottom.
