The staff were incredible from the doorman to the cleaning people, all very friendly and polite. They have express elevators for the upper rooms. The beds are very comfortable, great pillows. Great view of the city from up high. The buffet breakfast was included and definitely worthy the extra cost. Many items to choose from each morning.

It's such a small detail but, in the bathroom they provide a few different kits with many amenities. The razors that were provided were not very good, glad I brought my own, but other than that all else was terrific.

I was visiting Japan for the Maroon 5 concert which was at Tokyo Dome. I don’t live in Japan so I had my tickets delivered to the hotel. The employees were so helpful. They confirmed even before I arrived that they had received the tickets and would be holding them for me. The day we finally got there, we had our luggage shipped to the hotel. After check in, the employees had our luggage and tickets delivered to our room. What a stress free and VIP experience! Of course the location was perfect because we were able to get our Maroon 5 merchandise early, we didn’t have to worry about trying to get transportation to and from the concert. It’s always the best decision to stay at this hotel especially if there’s an event at Tokyo Dome.

The only thing is that it’s far from many other popular locations in Tokyo so it takes a while to get around by train.

The room was very spacious and very clean and tidy water , coffee and tea was great also having a fridge in room was a nice touch we were on the 21st floor always an elevator when required wonderful view of the city breakfast was a buffet catering for all tastes and we never went hungry fresh omelette made in front of you excellent we used hotel as hub to travel round city as it has three train stations only a short walk from hotel lots of attractions on your doorstep and lots of places to eat within a couple of hundred yards walk I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would use again if my travels take me there again

I don’t think anything I can think of to improve in my opinion the hotel is great staff are all very pleasant and helpful great ambassadors for Tokyo

Location was great, easy access to the tube network once you figured it out Breakfast was good, but not sure about the small portions ie. scrambled egg in a one inch bowl Lovely view from the room, but had to pay for the higher floor

Very time conscious and literally picked up a clock and pointed at 10am, when we arrived at breakfast at 9.45am - damn rude to be honest and not expected Air conditioning was too warm, the panel didn't work Bar on floor 43 was very expensive for drinks Bathroom looked old, could be a lot better

Great stay here, loved it! Really lovely view, and spacious room. The staff were all lovely, and the rooms had everything you needed. The Artists Cafe bar was really nice to have a quick drink in and admire the view. We liked the list of celebrities that had stayed at the hotel. Overall a wonderful hotel, would definitely recommend, and would stay again for sure.

The only things that could be improved were the WiFi, and the facilities for swimming and bathing. The pool is only open for like two months, but this wasn't advertised when we booked. It's a shame as this was part of the reason we chose it. It was also hard to find information about the hotel's facilities on the QR code in the room, and there was no booklet in the room. There was no onsen; I asked if there was one nearby and the staff gave me details of one twenty minutes away, but apparently there was one next door as part of the Tokyo Dome City!

A Truly Amazing Stay! Our stay at the Tokyo Dome Hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome—truly second to none and more than accommodating. Their hospitality was exceptional, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities within the hotel were fantastic. Our room was impeccably clean, thanks to the outstanding housekeeping team, who are perfectionists at their job. The shops, salon, and wellness facilities were well-equipped, and we even had time for a lovely massage—such a relaxing experience! The location was ideal, with so much to do right on our doorstep, including the theme park, which was a huge hit with my family. The convenience of having train stations less than a five-minute walk away made exploring Tokyo effortless, with easy access to areas like Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Akihabara. Breakfast was another highlight—the range of food available was impressive, more than I’ve seen anywhere else I’ve travelled to! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would most definitely stay here again. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our experience so memorable! .

Every thing was awesome

Very nice hotel in a very good location for transport and also for outside eating opportunities. Overall, we stayed for a total of 10 nights either side of a cruise, plus we were joined by our daughter and family from China for two nights. Stayed in Premium rooms on 35th and 36th floors. Fabulous views, plus also from restaurant (for Premium customers) from 43rd floor. Would recommend taking a Premium Twin Room rather than a Premium Queen Bed room as bigger for the same cost. Big advantage to use Premium Check in facility on second floor as main hotel reception was often quite manic and crowded as many groups and parties checking in at same time (2pm to 3pm), especially when there is an event on at the Dome. Long queues and nowhere to sit in main foyer. Concierge staff were very good and accommodating with luggage storage. Free mini-bar in room was appreciated. On site self laundry facilities were very good.

We asked for a two hour later checking out time (1,00pm instead of 11.00am) on our final day as we had a late flight. Originally this was refused but after asking for manager, it was offered but for 4400yen per hour, so a total of 8800yen or £50 for two hours. We declined. Very disappointing, unnecessary and poor customer relations. In Premium top floor restaurant, most staff lacking in basic English. We gave up trying to order just some extra bread at breakfast.

Very large rooms, spacious, amazing views day and night, clean, had so many amenities, friendly staff, highly recommended to anyone with a family! Has its own Lawsons, near 2x 7/11, train station close by, so many food options around and a well-stocked Donki!

During peak time there is a line for the lift. Try to avoid times when tours arrive as you will be stuck waiting for a lift as they have split the lift according to floors. Laundry is busy as they have limited machines, we recommend going around 4-5am to secure a washing machine.

Great sized room with decent views and in an amazing location. Easy self check-in and free breakfast

There was only one power point on one side of the bed, had to move furniture around as the only accessible PowerPoints were inside the desk, all wall outlets were hardwired to the lights. Very strange to not even have a USB port. Also would have preferred universal plugs as I find the American style doesn't hold in properly. Could use alternative pillows, duck feathers fluff up great but provide zero cushioning for a night sleep
