clean, good little amenities (toothbrush, hairbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kettle, instant coffee, etc)! nifty bath system that also doubles as a faucet for the sink. it’s a very small room so just keep that in mind in terms of luggage and maneuvering around. but good value especially for Tokyo where accom is à bit on the higher side! it’s a 5-10 walk from multiple subway stations which is great.

quite a small room and no smoking room/zone… also I think à water dispenser on each floor or in the lobby would be handy so you’re not drinking from the tap (which is safe but kinda smells weird) or buying plastic water bottles.

I had a great experience staying at the APA Hotel Tokyo Kudanshita. The room was compact yet comfortable, with all the essentials provided and a clean, modern feel. One downside was the room size, which was a bit on the smaller side, especially for those with larger luggage. Additionally, while the hotel is conveniently located, the surrounding area can be a little busy and noisy at times. However, these were minor issues and didn't impact the overall experience too much.

I absolutely love the stay at the hotel, don’t belive all those bad reviews because I was about not to book this place because of them. Cheaper than others APA hotels (actually located in the same streets) staff was super polite, and they do speak a little bit English so you will be fine. The room was great, just what you need, yes is small but most hotels are in Japan, and just keep in mind this APA hotels are for business travelers. I got breakfast included and was delicious, some one in the reviews said “is just fish” well… you are in Japan and the traditional breakfast yes contain fish, but you have 3 times to choose and miso pork to, every breakfast includes rice, miso soup, and thee sides, absolutely delicious. Super clean. Location is perfect, super close to everything. Definitely coming back at this place. They also provide yukata (Japanese traditional pj) love that.

It was a in a great location. It was really easy to take train and go other places of Tokyo. It was near Akihabara, so I liked it. Everybody was so nice in the hotel, very helpful. Laundromat service is very good and easy to use. No need to bring a lot of clothes. Definitely staying there when I come here again.

Nothing. Everything was okay. The hotel room was really small, but comfortable. So if you like bigger rooms, it might not be your kind of hotel. But I was alone, so it was okay. I think there are bigger room options.

The location is fantastic, it’s a 4 minute walk to Kudanshita Station or 5 minute walk to Iidabashi Station and both are so well connected with many lines connected to both stations. It’s a 20/30 minute subway ride to most places you’d want to go to in Tokyo. We stayed here because it was also a 12 minute walk to Tokyo Dome as we came for an event. The rooms are nice and clean, and they provide lots of toiletries too. The staff are also really helpful and speak English decently. I can see it’s a great business hotel. I’ve stayed at APA Hotels before and they never disappoint.

The rooms you’ll find in Tokyo are really cramped and small. Luckily my partner and I are small, but we found it hard to manoeuvre around our luggage as there was barely any walking space in our rooms. There’s also no closet or drawers, but this is a business hotel so we didn’t expect there to be.

We liked the fact that the AC wasn’t positioned directly to the bed in the room. location was good too, with shops and restaurants nearby Room was clean The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful

No view from the room window If sleeping with the window open, at around 8am everyday we had a cooking/food smell coming to our room (from the breakfast restaurant I think which was a bit unpleasant) maybe the ventilation could be fixed

They have microwave, washer and dryer which come in handy for family like us who need to wash our young children clothes. There are also 7 Eleven, Lawson and Family Mart near the hotel which is easy to grab food.

The mattress for my room seems to sink down on 1 side although it is still comfortable on a tiring night. Room a bit too small where I hardly have space to open up my luggage. How for the price, I can made do with the space constraints.

Close to shops like 7/11 and Family Mart, cafes, restaurants, metro stations, Tokyo Dome is about 15 min walk. There was a washing machine and dryer on the first floor near reception that takes ¥100 coins or you can scan the QR code, download the app and pay online. The room was great, service was excellent and staff were really nice.

I couldn’t fault the property at all.

We stayed there for an overnight stay for the JOURNEY concert. I live in Saitama so I didn't want to take the train so late in the evening. Location is easy to reach from Kudanshita Station. There are convince stores and restaurants around the immediate area so you can easily buy food and necessities.

I wish there was an onsen. However, I do realize that not all APA Hotels have onsens.

The location is excellent. It is near Tokyo Daijingu (Shinto shrine), Kudanshita/Iidabashi Stations, and there're several convenient stores/Domino Pizza so you can go out for a meal at every time.

The window is towards to another building so the room is dark. And the staff will clean rooms from 9: 00 am to 3: 00 pm and they will leave garbage and futons everywhere in corridors.
