Small but gets what you need. Nice and quite location there are some options for train stations. When you enter you'll find out the reciept desk is on a floor bellow but reviews made it sounds like theres no elevator to get there which worried me about my luggeges but just know that there is and elevator. The stuff were really sweat and attentive and even helped me figure out how the remote works for the TV. They were also patient with me and my requests to deliver my heavy luggeges. The sanitary pads in the main bathroom is very thoughtful and a big plus.

The room was clean and practical, the staff friendly and helpful, the location of the room was exactly what we wanted (right into the Jimbocho book town). Convenience stores are close and the overall neighborhood around is cute and peaceful. Metro stations are in a close walking distance. After booking we received an email, informing us that there will be some construction works in the surrounding area and there might be noises and vibrations, although our stay wasn't affected at all (thank you for being so thoughtful).

Location is very convient and the bedroom although a bit small for two people with big suitcases, it was doable for the amount of days we stayed in. Very high standards of cleaning.

Unfortunately our bedroom was facing a wall and we could barely see the sky to see how the weather looked like. This was my second stay at this hotel and first time I was lucky to be facing the main street. This time I tried to change but it was a challenge to communicate with the staff in english although they tried to help as much as possible.

We liked the hospitality and helpful staff at any moment, room space was enough for us although we had 3 luggages, room was well organized to leave out stuff well placed. Location is in a quiet area, surrounded by restaurants, coffe bars in a distance from 3 minutes away. Also Jimbocho metro station was just 2 minutes away, making it very convenient to move around Tokyo. For us the location was pretty central, thinking that we were outside all day long. We fully recommend this hotel 😊

The hotel is situated in a convenient area, 5 min from Jimbocho station. The room was well partitioned to fit a large suitcase and the bathroom was bigger than in other similar hotels. I found it useful that there was a thermometer with a humidity meter in the room. The furnishings and amenities were ample enough for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom fan was noisy and it could not be turned off.

Excellent location near Jimbocho station, elevator access, large bathroom with excellent hot water, spacious room, good view. Reliable Wi-Fi and Ethernet access. Quiet room, modern, eco-friendly cleaning policies and water usage. Staff kept patrons well informed of any relevant events to their stay.

Beds were slightly on the hard side, door was a bit difficult to open and close. Otherwise, no complaints at all - would highly recommend.

Everything was nice. Everyone was super helpful. We could check-in a bit earlier because the room was ready. Room and the whole hotel was clean, they changed our towels everyday. Amenities available for us to use (bathrobe, cosmetics, coffee, tea...). Location was okay, around 25min with train to Shibuya. Family market near by. Subway was like 3 min walk.

We couldn't open the window, that was the only negative thing.

First stay in Japan. The room was modulated but roomy, and provided us a comfortable nest with great heat and NETFLIX! Our English speaking staff person, Suko, was just delightful and fun! She printed maps and wrote directions for our quick visit. The location seemed a bit far out, but every sight and district is easily reached by subway. Guests were a nice mix of tourists and business people. Suko really made our stay great!

No restaurant in hotel but they have coffee and tea in room.

It was a short walk to the local train station, shops and restaurants. There is a nice cafe at the end of the street where we ate breakfast today. The room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space with a big window for letting in natural light. The staff were helpful and friendly with some able to speak English. I enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend to other tourists that want to stay in this area.

Rooms are very clean with good services. The room is small but functional. Its enough to fit 2 medium luggage and a stroller. The hotel is about 5 minutes to the nearest train station. Fast internet which was great if you needed to do some work. There's a laundry room operated by coin slots which was very convenient.
