Room was very large for Tokyo standards. The check-in and check-out process were incredibly smooth, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Location is convenient!

Breakfast at the downstairs Mermaid Cafe was a disappointment. The cafe actually sells some nice-looking pastries but the hotel guests are served some very sad bread / coffee instead. Definitely save your money and go have your breakfast somewhere else!

I liked that it was close to everything. easy access to transportaction,food, tourist spots. you name it.the staff were pleasant and greeted us with a smile. they helped me when I had trouble trying to turn on the bathroom light as I didn't know how to turn it on.

it was my fault for picking the room that is meant for smokers. I am a non-smoker, but they were fully booked for the non- smoker rooms. it is a lesson learned on my part. but I wish they cleaned the rooms more. I had to clean the walls on my first day and the sheets as it was dusty. if you are a non-smoker, avoid these rooms at all cost. the smell is not so strong, but you can still smell it. specially in the morning when they do the cleaning in other rooms. aside from that, my stay was great. 😊

Perfect location, it's very close to Jimbocho station, plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants to explore. Streets are lively but not overcrowded and it isn's a very touristy location. The facilities are very nice and the staff is very kind and helpful. You have the option to wash your clothes at the hotel, there are vending machines too if you need a cold drink which I think is a great bonus to consider. Convenient stores are very close by as well.

The hotel has a Danish inspired cafe, this is where you eat your breakfast if you chose that option when booking your stay. I would skip the breakfast though, as a native Dane I can tell you the food offered in the cafe has almost nothing to do with Danish cuisine, they have some very strange of danish looking pastries but often filled with some kind of sweet cream or other overly sweet flavored filling. Luckily there are plenty of excellent choices in the area for breakfast and other than the breakfast, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The location and the morning buffet. The hotel is located really close to a metro station that'll get you to any of the more active hotspots quite quickly. The street is quite cozy with a lot of small shops and restaurants. Also it's not over-crowded with tourists. Walking distance to Akihabara as well. For morning breakfast you get to choose from a set of pastries (there are non-sweet options) - they were quite delicious.

The basic room is quite small. If you're planning of staying for longer than a few days - pack lightly and optimize. Also air ventilation in the room was bad, so we had to keep the window open 24/7.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good location, many restaurants and stores around. Nice clean room, good sound isolation. There are many different amenities like toothbrush, face mask, lotion, hair brush, tea, bath salts and more! The pajamas was really good.

The room was good enough in size for us because we traveled with 2 carry on suitcases, but for people with big suitcases it would probably be too small.

The location is very good and very convenient with quick access to shops, restaurants, convenience stores, vending machines, and the Jimbocho subway station. The location is ideal for quickly going to popular areas of Tokyo. We also liked the guest room and the laundry facilities which we used frequently. Finally, I would like to say that the staff was very helpful, courteous and kind. Arigatou!

The room was a little small, but it has everything that it needs.

The hotel was very close (around 5 min walk) to Jimbocho Station which is very handy going around Tokyo. 20 mins from Shibuya. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. They will clean the room and change your linens as requested. The hotel is right across daiso and there are also a lot of restaurants, shops and pharmacies close to it should you need anything.

It was very small which is I suppose normal in Japan particularly in Tokyo

Front desk agents don’t speak English. Difficulty in communicating and getting help/suggestions. Breakfast is next door, in a pastry place, which I really didn’t like, because I couldn’t find anything good and nutritious to eat. No eggs, no cereal, no real breakfast food actually. You have to go really early in the morning (6:30-7:30am) to be able to get some kind of a sausage bun (the only thing that I found remotely close to breakfast food) but if you, by any chance, arrive later than that, there’s none left… they don’t refill. There’s left only sweet stuff that I, personally, can’t eat for breakfast. I consider that dessert and not breakfast. And you’re only allowed to get two of them.

This was a nice property that served us well as a base for our trip to Tokyo. It was conveniently located on a street not far from a metro station as well as being within walking distance of some sights. The staff were friendly, speaking English and assisting with the luggage forwarding form that was used at a nearby 7/11.

The room was a bit on the smaller side which we didn’t fully appreciate until we had our two suitcases with us in the room.

Wow, where to start? If you reserve in advance (I did it a year before!) the value for money can be incredible. The staff is, as should be in Japan, simply perfect. The room was cleaned regularly and it was spotless. Washing machine is very gentle on your clothes, which is not always a given when you travel. Very good location in a neighborhood filled with bookstores, and, to my personal delight, musical instrument stores. Walking distance to Akihabara and the Imperial Palace Gardens.

...The location, at the same time, is not so close to Shibuya or Shinjuku, so if you plan on going out at night there, be ready to stay until 6 am or spend a bunch on a taxi.
