I stayed for 7 nights in early May. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as described, pretty roomy for Tokyo and with a beautiful view. Breakfast was OK, but lacked variety. There is a convenience store just in front of the hotel. Laundry machine in the building was very convenient. I started my stay in the middle of Golden Week. The area has various universities and office buildings, so it was pretty empty during that time. When Golden Week was over, street had a lot more life, but still far from crowded like other areas can be. Perfect if you want to stay in a calm area that is still close to everything.

Breakfast lacked variety.

The best thing was the location - a 2 minute walk to Jimbocho subway station and a 5 minute walk to Kudanshita subway station. Gives access to all the best subway lines, but also things like Imperial Palace and Yasukuni shrine are walkable. What was fantastic about the hotel was the room size compared to others in Japan, as well as the amenities and the service. The staff were lovely and the eco- friendly room service was perfect. The wi-fi was great, as were basic things like the fridge and kettle and everything I needed. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay and can't recommend it highly enough.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like.

The hotel was very nice and easy to check into. The room was small but larger than expected for Tokyo, same with the bathroom. The fridge and free amenities from the lobby (face mask, moisturiser, shavers, everything) was great. So close to multiple metro lines and convenience stores it really is a great location for the price., There's also a lot of great restuarants around which are more local (not as many tourists) with great food. The heating, water pressure and air humidifier were all great given how cold it was at the time.

Nothing

The location was great with walking distance to Imperial Palace and 20min subway to Shinjuku. There is 7-11 store just across the street and several restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, as everything else it is smaller than its western counterparts, but for the price it was worth it. The staff is welcoming and provides hygiene products for the period of your stay in addition to nightgowns. The room had a humidifier and a window with a city view. There is a breakfast options that we skipped, but it is on the first floor. Laundry is available as well.

Very silent rooms. Good sound insulation of windows. Powerful AC. The floors are not cardboard thickness, so sound insulation between rooms are really awesome. Nice, tidy atmosphere, great for recharging after a busy day.

Air ventilation. There is constant sucking of air in rooms, and that is managed from the corridorm under the door. Which in good weather is fine. However, each day from around 6pm till 10pm, there is extra strong food smell coming from a restaurant next to it. Hence the whole building is open sided and has no roof, it directly gets into the corridors then into room. If I werent to sleep only after 11pm, I might not have been able to, due to strong odour. One thing might help, I have not tried, that AC can deliver fresh air into room.

The hotel was well staffed, very well presented, and in a great location between train stations/metro stations. It was a short trip to Shibuya and Shinjuku, and an easy walk to Akihabara. There were many choices for food in the local streets, and convenience stores in close proximity, with a 7Eleven across the street. The staff were all very kind, and helpful when needed. The room was suitable, with comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom

Hotel - modern and clean. Some pictures on the internet do not do it justice. Room - modern and clean. Bed - comfortable Toilet - clean, good size in proportion to the whole room. Lighting - good, not too bright or dim Facilities - air purifier, charging cables (didn't use), internet (speed and connection were stable during my stay) Staff - welcoming, helpful, professional Location - short distance from station, surrounding by restaurants and convenience stores. Walking distance from Tokyo Dome (I went to watch a concert there) Jimbocho is known for its bookstore/ bookstore cafes. On the Shinjuku subway line (green) so easy to get to Shinjuku and back.

Room/bed - although typical of many rooms in Tokyo, it is fine for 2 people. Maybe a bit of a squeeze if you have lots of/large luggage. Ideally it is suited to 1 person in my opinion. Due to room size, one side of the bed was up against the wall. Smell - I think there is a bar/restaurant downstairs and the smell of cooking from the kitchen can make its way into the room. I was on the 4th floor I think. However, after turning on the air purifier, this was not an issue. Toilet/bathroom - no fan ventilation if I remember correctly

Really close to multiple stations on both JR and metro lines. The size of the room is actually comparable with much more expensive locations across Tokyo. All in all totally worth it. Would happily come back.

I would have liked them to change the cups and glasses provided with the room. Ours were difficult to wash in the small bathroom sink. Minor criticism though.

clean, convenient to tokyo dome and train stations. staff were incredibly nice. check-in was super easy. 7-11 across the street and coin laundry came in super clutch! bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. no real complaints!

Amazing location. 7th Eleven across the street. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. 5 min walking to the metro. Big room and good view to the city. Cleaning daily the room. Friendly hospitality stuff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ☕️🇯🇵❤️
