9h Suidobashi is in a perfect location to access a lot of areas nearby! Tokyo dome is literally visible from the lounge window, the Yellow line (Chuo-Sobu line) easily allows you to get to most attractions like Akihabara, and dining options are very much available nearby - whether it's the coffee shop next door, to the family mart across the street, or to restaurants near the station or Tokyo Dome. As with any 9h branch they also have a 'utility bag' of sleepwear, towels, and toothbrush that they replace every day. As a cherry on top, they have a lounge that doubles as a working space in the 6th floor where you can spend the time. Disclaimer: I booked last-minute for the winter holidays (Dec 29-Jan3), so I understand the price point.

They do not allow you to stay in your capsule during 10am-2pm for the cleaning. Given that I spent the night out on new year, I would still have wanted to sleep longer. Maybe a "do not disturb" option can be made, but it still was okay in the end, I just stayed at the lounge for a while. For those who have oversized luggage or want to have their things always accessible, be advised that their storage space and sleeping space are on separate floors, so you may want to consider that.

As a plus size person my concern is always regarding comfort. It was way beyond my expectations. I didnt feel like I was going to suffocate, and even their large Pajamas fit me (uk size 18) Very clean and organised. Friendly and welcoming staff. Will be definitely coming back as well as recommending to friends.

Since the location is very good as its 2 min walk from Suidobashi Station, you can hear the trains from time to time. Nothing too loud that bothered my sleep in any way - but I sleep like a rock, it might be an issue to some people. Bring earplugs just in case.

I didn't like that we all had to leave the bed area at 10:00 AM and until 2:00 PM, so it became a bit inconvenient. Everyone was rushing at the same time, and you had to wait in other areas.

I stayed here because I went to a concert in Tokyo Dome and it was less than 10 mins walking distance. The capsule was very spacious, and the restrooms are on the same floor in case you wake up in the middle of the night to use it. Earplugs, pijamas, and toothbrushes are provided, which is great. Overall, I could stay again in a "9 hours capsule hotel."

1 - There's a weird transfer between elevators. 2- The female dorm had a peculiar smell like sweat. 3- The train passes very close to this building, and it would shake from time to time. 4- Other female guests were not respectful when it came to be quiet at night. 5-There is a common area, but everyone seems like robots, all minding their own business. It's definitely not a place to meet people. 6- lockers are very narrow. There's enough space for a large suitcase only to be stored but NOT for opening it and packing.

It is a great option if you will only sleep for a couple of hours, Complete amenities were provided which is good, The floor where the capsule rooms are located were hot and its difficult for me to sleep because im used to sleep in a cold temperature room, and you can’t really do anything to change the thermostat since the AC is centralized. There is a very little space in locker area, so whenever you want to take things from your luggage you have to really put a lot of effort, and its very annoying when someone else will come to open their locker, so you have to give them space. Will i ever come back? maybe yes, if i am traveling without luggages and will only be sleeping for less than 6 hours.

Very clean and efficient capsule hotel in a central location. Everything was well organised and the capsules were spacious and comfortable.

During the last few days one of the other guests was a very loud snoorer who kept everyone awake. Since the capsules are open it was hard to get any sleep. On the final day I asked to store my luggage for a few hours but was told it was not possible. A couple of minutes later two other guests were allowed to store their luggage without problems.

The female dorm floors are separated from the male ones and can only be accessed by the female dorm keycards in the elevator. The bed and the pyjamas provided are cleaned and changed every day. The communal space looks exactly like the picture shown. The staff are also helpful and fluent in different languages. The location is convenient yet not too crowded or loud compared to other major cities in Tokyo. It’s next to a street with different types of ramen shops, including one specialised in vegan ramen which tastes amazing. It is also close to Tokyo Dome, a 24 hrs Donki and a big shopping mall with an outdoor rollercoaster. The price is very reasonable.

Here are just some nitpickings for reference. The place doesn’t provide laundry service and free drinking water. I sometimes take medicine and need warm water so I could only buy them from the conbi next door. I stayed in November so the capsule is warm but I can see that it may get hot in the summer because it’s not very ventilated. The lockers are a bit too close together so it’s not easy to use when there are other people using especially in the morning. It has only one elevator in the whole building so it may take some time during busy hours. Other than that I like this place a lot and will stay again if I visit Tokyo in the future.

The hotel is perfect for people travelling by themselves. The capsules are comfortable and the locker/shower room offers all kind of amenities on may need. The glazed walls at the end of the corridors adds so much to the ambience. There is a kombini by the corner and a cafe on the first floor.

There is no drinkable water free of charge, though the front desk provide refreshments for sale. The air conditioner was set to a really low temperature, which some people may find unconfortable. The seatings at the lounging area are not confortable. Don't be afraid to tell someone if they are being noisy.

Very cool capsule experience. I was very comfortable and had a decent sleep. You lock your stuff up on a different floor where the showers / toilets are then go up to the pods. They were actually quite spacious. Defo need earplugs for the odd annoying person though. We also tried the coffee shop on ground floor which was v nice.

A couple of people didn’t follow rules and brought up suitcases/ made noise in the sleeping room. Maybe it needs to be made more clear by staff on check in for people to not do that.

Well organized. Women are separated from men, which is safe, and the common floor allows you to meet if you come as a couple. FamilyMart right across the street. 7-eleven 3 minutes walk. Easy checkin and out. Large lockers. Private showers much appreciated. Clean place. 1 USB plug in the cabin to charge your phone.

The staff was always absent from the reception, hidden behind a door. You had to ring a bell to see them appear. It makes the reception less warm. I recommend a eye mask and earplugs, because a little light comes in behind the canvas and you can hear the train and snoring, but here it's mainly a question of whether the concept suits you. With these accessories we're okay, I slept well. For me personally, a single night was enough.
