Everything! The staff were so friendly, very helpful and the language barrier was not a problem since a translator was available. Room was clean, perfect size for a solo traveler and location perfect - Seven-11 just across the road, Tokyo Dome three minutes away and 10 minutes to the nearest train station. Free drinks and breakfast available every day at certain times which you can take to your room.

Maybe the Wifi could be a bit better, but maybe I was just a bit unlucky with my room location. It did its job and was free after all!

Breakfast was just pastries, but they kept it well stocked. Staff was exceptional and bent over backward to please. The location was very near a transportation hub. Two convenience stores nearby. They had laundry on site which was really good for the long stay we did. Would definitely stay again.

Although the room felt small, all Japanese hotels are likely going to have small rooms. The rooms were well laid out, cleaned on schedule (every 3 days). We got used to the room size pretty quickly. There's no designated area for socialization beyond the kitchen area so if you're a party hostel traveller, this is likely to be a much quieter place than you're used to. Part of the value of this place is that we have a booking.com discount, so your mileage may vary if you pay peak season, full price.

We were in town for an event at the Tokyo Dome. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Tokyo Dome, and from nearby subway stations. Clean, comfortable, with proper amenities. The staff were excellent. They provided umbrellas and iron to borrow, you'll have to ask it over the counter.

So far, nothing to complain about, for this price. We travelled as a couple. If you're coming with a family, might be too small.

I like that they gave free breakfast and amenities they will Change your towel every day without fail. Friendly staff and they will try their best to help and assist.

The laundry part was disappointing the washing machine after wash our clothes can see visible stain on the clothes and I notice that the washing machine net to filter dust has spoiled and the dryer was very small and that can only fit little clothes to dry. Other than laundry all is good

The property is close to a lot of restaurants, malls, train station and don quijote. The staff were also kind and accommodating to my many requests hahaha. This was the second time I stayed in this place, first was during the eras tour last year in Feb and my family wanted me to stay here again for my short trip this year due to its convenience. They were also generous to freebies for breakfast.

Great location near the Tokyo Dome and several train lines. Loved the muscle relax patches they provided at check in. Staff were friendly. Only a short one night stay so I didn't get to check out most of the amenities.

The shower head would not stay pointed straight and kept rotating towards the wall. A small annoyance.

Simple but clean business hotel. Location is nice, metro and train station is near , shops and diners are near. Convenient place

Only minor mistake is Breakfast is not very good, just a few bread and drinks is not enough for a hotel like that, especially there is no cup available in breakfast, people bring their own cups with them, that was a first in my life :)

The price was very generous given the location and the room was very clean. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful.

The shower was still cold on “hot” and the thermostat did not work as well.

I liked the bread and drink variety for breakfast.

The room was really small, even the entryway is narrow. It was difficult to open our medium-sized luggages. So I recommend you use luggages that open from the top, instead of those that open like a book.

Staff are great, Hygiene is taken seriously, Free breakfast items.

Rooms are very warm and AC doesn't work properly. Some basic amenities are missing like toothbrushes.
