Location is very good. Near LaQua which has a number of good restaurants. Within hotel building there is Saizeriya. Breakfast coupon has option of having breakfast or using it for other meals or at Don Donki. Love hotel’s bath salts, lotion, serum, shaving foam and cleaning lotion etc. Also their beverage selection is fantastic! Love the option to clean room and selecting it thru the TV night before. Love the shoe horn - best in all my hotel stays throughout the world! Love to have it at my own home as I have yet to find one like this in my life! Very well crafted!

When we were there the washing/drying machine is not working/available.

I attended a conference at the University of Tokyo, and the hotel I stayed at was conveniently located about a 20-minute walk from the venue. There are numerous bus stops and metro stations nearby, making transportation easy. Additionally, the area offers a variety of food options and convenience stores. Since the hotel is not situated in a tourist area, you can experience the everyday life of the locals during your stay. The hotel provides breakfast, although it is not particularly impressive. The good news is that you can use the breakfast ticket at the Don Don Donki store located downstairs, which is worth 1,000 JPY for each ticket. Furthermore, every floor of the hotel has a laundry room equipped with four or five washing machines, which are usually not very crowded.

The room is small, which is to be expected. However, the view from the window is not particularly pleasant, as it overlooks the balconies of the neighboring apartment buildings. Additionally, the payment machine could not read some of my credit cards, forcing me to use one with a less favorable exchange rate. As a result, I ended up paying a bit more than I should have.

Location - There’s Donki right below the hotel; 7 eleven & Lawsons are nearby; lots of shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance; right across Tokyo Dome attractions; near LaQua mall; close to Tokyo Dome Hotel for Airport Limousine Bus; few minutes walk to Suidobashi Station; only few stops and usually only one transfer to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Akihabara (30mins or less by train). The staff are helpful. Hoping the hotel will work closely with Airporter in the future.

Walking distance to 4 different train lines, super convenient. Right below the hotel there's a Don Quijote, 2 Lawson's. Coin laundry with washer and dryer on the 5th floor (but only 5 machines so you may need to wait) but it's so convenient because the TV in the room has info on vacant machines and remaining time.

Size as expected is small but decent and well equipped. They do not provide water but it's very easy to buy it from downstairs Lawsons or from the reception (they have a vending machine). It's a little far from Shibuya/Shinjuku area, but close to Tokyo Station.

Great location next to Tokyo Dome and Don Quijote - rooms are clean- ice machine!

They charged us 1200 Jpy to check us in 1 hour earlier. TBH they shouldn’t do that. Specially if they see a family with small children and on a rainy day when the kids are tired you can’t really go outside to do anything. But I get it you have to run a business and make it profitable. For the amount and just the 1 hour early check in. Seems a bit too much.

Excellent location, close to 3 train station and only a 15 minutes from the centre of Tokyo. An entertainment centre is just across the road and includes a ferris wheel, roller coaster,, supermarkets, fish market, specially stores, theatres etc. The magnificent Koishikawa Korakuen garden is only a 15 minute walk away.

The airconditioning was a little too hot for us even on the lowest setting, we ended sleeping on top of the doona. The beds are very hard but we have come to realise that is the norm in Japan other wise we were extremely happy with our stay.

The location is very convenient. Having the Don Quijote beside the hotel and Saizeriya in the same building is just 🤌🏽

The bathtub. Everything was perfect until I took a bath. I wanted to relax a little after 2-hours of standing/concert, but got disappointed when I saw the chain part (the part where it's connected) of the bathtub, as well as the tub's side near the wall. It was very dirty and it was too late when I noticed. Please pay attention to cleaning this area.

We loved this property and location so much we cancelled another hotel we had at the end of our holiday and came back to the Richmond. Great location, close to several subways so easy to get anywhere, loved the Don Quixote underneath the hotel for everything you would ever need. Loved heading over to the Tokyo Dome at the end of the day for many food options and a lovely outdoor area, with some fun rides to go on. Great location for families (we booked two double rooms) as also super quiet and comfortable to put your feet up after a busy day walking.

The traffic location is very good, and the surrounding environment facilities are very rich, which is suitable for foraging and buying. The size of the room is also very comfortable. New bath towels and towels are provided every day, and there are also complete supplies available at the counter.

The room is generally clean and comfortable, but the wallpaper damage on the wall of the room has not been repaired, which does not look very comfortable. Some details of the room and toilet have not been cleaned. Although it does not affect the use, it is an obstacle to viewing.

Loved our corner room with views out over Tokyo Dome. Great size room with very comfortable beds. Hotel is situated close to subway station and right next to Don Q store which is great for last minute shopping. 7/11 is also close by and some good restaurants are located across the road within the shopping centre area.
