A great hotel with very good location next to Tokyo Dome stadium. The room was a good size even according hotels in Europe. It was nice to have a free coffee machine 24 hours and also every evening a free ice cream machine. Included public bath, which is a almost traditional Japanese bath with Sauna was very nice as well. Over all great place.

The coin laundry center was accepting only coins - maybe is possible to adapt it to work with credit or debit cards as well. The air condition has menu only in Japanese language - and even we all know how to use it,, sometimes would be nice to be able to read the settings menu and to be able to set it right

I appreciated how convenient this hotel was located to the Tokyo Dome, where I was seeing a K-Pop concert. The hotel is also centrally located between two metro stops (a 5-min walk to one and about a 10-min walk to the other). Plenty of dining options and konbini stores were within walking distance as well. They also provide free soft-serve ice cream every night in the lobby, which was an unexpected bonus! The hotel is modest yet clean, with a modern design, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly!

If I were to nitpick, because I liked everything about the b, it would be the room size--but small accommodations are common and to be expected in Tokyo.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained through out our stay Location and access to public transport All the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful The free ice cream in an evening was delicious.

We arrived less than an hour before check in at 3pm and our room was ready, however we had to pay for an early check in. The breakfast was fine however my son is a vegetarian so avoids meat, to avoid food waste perhaps the staff could ask what we would like for the breakfast meal. The mattresses were very hard

Lots of restaurants around and just a few minutes away from both jr and metro stations. We didn't use it but they also have a coupon for food delivery service and it can be delivered to your room apparently. There was free ice cream from 7pm until 11pm (though they ran out of it on the second day we stayed). The onsen also had a sauna which was really nice. Staff was nice in general.

The water of the onsen was pretty lukewarm (barely 37-38°C), not hot enough to warm you up. I actually chose this hotel mainly because it has an onsen so it was a bit of a let down. I enjoy hotter onsen and ended up using mostly the sauna to warm up. The women's onsen bath was pretty crowded at night (10-11pm) and there was barely enough space/ showers for everyone, it was almost empty in the morning though. I also heard from my partner that the men's bath had two different onsen baths whereas women only had one. It would be nice if they could alternate the men's and women's baths morning/evening like they do in some ryokan so that everyone can enjoy all the baths.

I loved the amenities available! The ice cream that was available on an evening was delicious and very much appreciated! Location was perfect - you have a choice of stations and restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pillows became a little uncomfortable after the first night, but otherwise, the bed was very comfortable.

room was small- but perfectly clean. Had a case as was heading over to Okinawa after Tokyo and had to work around living out of the case versus getting everything out. So it was very tight for space

Room size could have been bigger (perhaps I could have paid for bigger room). Breakfast was average- but typical of small places like this as I understand it

I like how clean the rooms were and how proper the room service cleaned each room. I also like how friendly and polite the reception workers are. The free tea, coffee and ice cream was a very nice addition to our stay in the hotel.

The room and bathroom were a bit on the small side, still big enough to just sleep in, but for a tall european man like me, I occasionly bumped into the sink while stepping out of the bathtub or shower

We liked everything. The baths were a real treat. The staff were lovely. The location is convenient.

Under the bed in room 801 was super dusty and had rubbish. It made me sneeze when I was in the floor doing my stretching.

Convenient, clean, quiet, friendly and helpful service

pillows too flat too soft, would be good to have more firm pillows, give a selection and for people who prefer certain firmness, the type of pillow affects the quality of our sleep. we had thought breakfast was included for at least one or two days. staff did not mention or ask if we would like breakfast.

Location was very convenient almost next to the Tokyo Dome. But the hill though short, was quite a climb. Our taxi dropped us off on the main street and just pointed in the general direction. Fortunately, a kind neighbor guided us there. The free ice cream was a bonus. Also, there was a group of about 25 American high schoolers, but we never heard them once we were in our room.

The directions could have been better.
