The property is in a great location with easy access to several Metro stations and makes it a great base to explore the sites across Tokyo. The buffet breakfast while repetitive, was excellent. The hotel is very clean and l would stay here again.

The check in and out is all automated so makes it very impersonal but I do not speak Japanese so not much of a deal breaker. The only downside was the queues to get into lifts when games were being played at the stadium I spent 20 minutes queuing just to get a lift to our floor and the crowds leaving the stadium brought the local taxi and train services to a standstill but this is to be expected.

The staff were incredible from the doorman to the cleaning people, all very friendly and polite. They have express elevators for the upper rooms. The beds are very comfortable, great pillows. Great view of the city from up high. The buffet breakfast was included and definitely worthy the extra cost. Many items to choose from each morning.

It's such a small detail but, in the bathroom they provide a few different kits with many amenities. The razors that were provided were not very good, glad I brought my own, but other than that all else was terrific.

I was visiting Japan for the Maroon 5 concert which was at Tokyo Dome. I don’t live in Japan so I had my tickets delivered to the hotel. The employees were so helpful. They confirmed even before I arrived that they had received the tickets and would be holding them for me. The day we finally got there, we had our luggage shipped to the hotel. After check in, the employees had our luggage and tickets delivered to our room. What a stress free and VIP experience! Of course the location was perfect because we were able to get our Maroon 5 merchandise early, we didn’t have to worry about trying to get transportation to and from the concert. It’s always the best decision to stay at this hotel especially if there’s an event at Tokyo Dome.

The only thing is that it’s far from many other popular locations in Tokyo so it takes a while to get around by train.

The location was great for my family, as there is easy access to subway and it's surrounded by an amusement park. City view from the room was also awesome. Room was clean, we had comfortable beds, and enough place on the floor for our suitcases. The bathroom was pretty spacious as well. Also, the surrounding area has a bunch of different restaurant options. Even if you're with picky eaters you'll find something.

The hotel was really good, I have only two minor things that could have been better. 1. Mandatory room cleaning every three days - i guess this is a thing in Japan. However, when you're jetlagged, leaving the room early enough and going out into the Tokyo summer heat is not convenient. It is nice that they want to clean the room, but it would be nice if one could opt out. They are choosing cleansiness over guest comfort. 2. I loved the view from the room (facing the amusement park) but you could hear the noise from the Tokyo Dome events even on the 25th floor. It wasn't very loud and it was quiet from about 11pm till 9am so it wasn't really an issue for us.

Great location (in the middle of a small amusement park and right next to a baseball stadium) Very close to metro/train station (Suidobashi). A couple of 24-hr restaurants nearby, plus some good bars and pastry shops. Awesome views

A bit annoying that a) you have to pay extra for the pool unless you’re on the premium floor and b) the pool was in any case shut to new/unreserved guests because of the heat wave (?!) The other problem is that there’s a bank of 4 elevators serving floors 1 to 25 (and a second bank for 26 to 38) in a hotel with 1000 rooms. We once had to wait 12 minutes. I would have been willing to walk (though we were on floor 23) but the stairs are billed as an emergency option. Not sure the hotel can do much about this - more like a design flaw!

The location is great, with two subway stations (on different lines) nearby and within walking distance to Akihabara. There's a Lawson convenience store inside the hotel. I stayed here twice for 5 days each, booking the second stay after the first, so I already knew what to expect.

The limited number of elevators led to some waiting during parts of the day. With only five washing machines for 43 floors, each with around 30 rooms, the laundry queue was often long. One day, I had to wait until 2 AM to use one. There were also too few AC sockets available in the rooms.

The room was very spacious and very clean and tidy water , coffee and tea was great also having a fridge in room was a nice touch we were on the 21st floor always an elevator when required wonderful view of the city breakfast was a buffet catering for all tastes and we never went hungry fresh omelette made in front of you excellent we used hotel as hub to travel round city as it has three train stations only a short walk from hotel lots of attractions on your doorstep and lots of places to eat within a couple of hundred yards walk I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would use again if my travels take me there again

I don’t think anything I can think of to improve in my opinion the hotel is great staff are all very pleasant and helpful great ambassadors for Tokyo
