I booked a room with two single beds and it was perfect considering I stayed alone. The amenities are also ok. Washmachine and dryer are available, and Familymart below the hotel has everything you need (for food and other stuff). The hotel is conveniently located near train stations (Yamanote Line, Asakusa Line), making it easy to travel anywhere in Tokyo. The airports (Narita and Haneda) can be easily accessed with a single train connection. The hotel is also connected to the Skytree Line, which provides access to i.e TeamLab (Yurikamome Line). Besides the train stations, I walked to Ginza, Tokyo Tower, Fish Market, etc. Overall, location is excellent.
I think the room is rather small, especially if you have more than 2 suitcases. The hotel is located in the Bay Area, but unfortunately, I can't see it as the windows can't be opened widely. It's probably for safety reasons, so all good.

The location was great! Its a nice neighbourhood, a little bit busy, but very nice to walk around. If you are into the "cement", high building aesthetic, this is a really cool place. The metro is close, maybe 10 minutes, and there is a self driving train passing right next to the hotel! So we had a great access to every main attraction we wanted to explore. The rooms are small yes, but thats normal for Japan and it was not a problem at all. A lot of space for luggage under your bed (we had 2 big pieces and they fit nicely). The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has everything you want and everything is clean and nice. The people working there were very helpful and friendly as well. There is light breakfast included, coffe and some croissants and such, something we didnt find in our other hotels. You can even open the window! We didnt expect a view but were surprised when we could enjoy the harbour and water from our room, very beautiful. We had a great time and will consider coming back next time! Walking from and to this hotel is a fond memory of ours, it really is a great location to be at. I have seen a lot of reviews saying its only good for very short stays, which i totally disagree with. We stayed 7 nights and felt very comfortable. A konbini is right under the hotel, great for a late night snack.
The washing machines were always occupied, i feel like they need a bit more but to be fair we were there in the sakura season. There is no fridge, just a small refrigerator which doesnt fit much. There was just a small chair, no desk or a proper place where we can put our clothes, so we had to keep them in our luggage and take them out every day. I feel like maybe some shelves on the walls would help have a better organization.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Here's what stood out: Location & Design: The hotel is in a great location, convenient for exploring the area. The overall theme is modern and clean, which made the stay feel fresh and comfortable. Room Comfort & Amenities: Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable and ideal for two people. All amenities were in good condition, and the fast Wi-Fi was a big plus. Extras & Thoughtful Touches: We appreciated the small but thoughtful perks like a free croissant in the morning, complimentary coffee, tea, and ice cubes throughout the day. They also provided umbrellas on rainy days — a very kind gesture. Housekeeping: Housekeeping cleaned the room every three days, and fresh towels were provided daily, which kept everything neat and comfortable during our stay. Staff: The staff were outstanding — always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. Their warm attitude really made us feel welcome. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent service, and a clean, comfortable environment. We’d definitely stay here again!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The trendy comic-themed décor is high-quality, stylish, and immersive, making it more than just a place to stay—it’s a unique Tokyo experience. ✅ Unbeatable Location & Convenience • 30-second walk to the metro via a dedicated entrance. • 24-hour Family Mart with a dedicated entrance. • 20-minute direct train from Haneda (no transfers). • Quiet at night, yet close to upscale restaurants and multiple train stations. • Futuristic elevated walkways connect the area—walk above the streets! ✅ Stunning Harbor Views – A Rare Find in Tokyo We woke up to a breathtaking sunrise over the sea, with our daughter watching cruise ships depart—a totally unexpected bonus! ✅ Clean, Modern, and Well-Designed • Spacious shower & beds, never felt cramped. • Impeccably clean, simple yet trendy design. • All the essentials + great amenities. Extra Perks We Loved: Very friendly and attentive staff available 24/7, free toiletries, walking tour & guidebooks, breakfast, weekly game night for a fun Japanese touch For the price and experience, this hotel is an absolute steal. Book it—you won’t regret it! 🚀

Location wise, it was great. Despite the hotel is 15 mins away from Hamamatsucho station, it’s still walkable due to the bridge connected near the hotel. Hotel has view of the Tokyo Bay, looks great every night and day. Unlimited Ice, water and coffee and the bread in the morning. Konbini down the hotel is like 100 points for me as they are big and theyhave a great collection of food. Hotel is also 5minute walk away from the Takeshiba station. We love our stay as the staff were also great and helpful!
The bed, since we only have 1 pillow and I was in the same room as my grandmother which by the way had a hard time climbing up the bed as you really need to crawl to reach the headbord near the window especially if you’re 85 years old like my Grandma. Hopefully they make some adjustments.

The hotel staff is very helpful. I forgot to bring an adapter and they found one and lent it to me. They are responsive to all of our requests. The side elevator (not the one inside to go up to rooms, but the one that can be accessed from the 1st floor and the 2nd floor lobby near the front side) up to the 3rd floor can connect us to the walkway to the train station, which is a much more pleasant walk than on the street. The Lawson at the ground floor even offers a seating area, which is rare in combini. The location is great to be close to Odaiba, Ginza, etc. No breakfast is mentioned or charged in booking, but they even provide some pastries, coffee, tea, etc. It won't be satisfying or enough for multiple days but one can get breakfast or more meals from Lawson and other restaurants nearby.
The room is small but as expected. You need to climb onto the bed per se, as there's no side space, but it works and the bed is comfortable. There are only two-prong power outlets in rooms and in the lobby, so you will need an adaptor if you have electronics that use three-prong power cords, but the staff kindly found an adaptor and lent it to me. Later I found one to buy in Don Quinxote.

I loved that I could open the window, even if just a little and smell the wind from the sea.My room overlooked the bay,had a nice view of the driver less train Yurikamome line. The staff is kind, and super supportive.I also liked the little terrace where you could indulge or meet friends or make work phone calls. The rooms are little but you have everything.there is a Family Mart next to the entrance so even if you work till late you can still grab something and eat.It is also a few steps away from Yurikamome line, but also very close to JR Hamamatsucho.I think it is really cute and comfortable.I also appreciated it is very clean.

The location was good - near the train station you take to get to TeamLab Planets. It was a bit of a walk to the closest JR line, but definitely manageable, and we used that train station to catch the monorail to the airport. The weather was rainy when we were there - and once we figured out how to get to that train station via a separate elevator - and then walk indoors on the second level - it was much easier. The room was clean and functional. Definitely designed for a younger crowd, but we felt very comfortable there. My husband is tall (6'2") so the shower was a little small, but he managed. The room is tiny, but you can easily slide your luggage under the bed. We each had a carry on suitcase and a backpack and these all fit under the bed. There were easy plugs on either side of the bed. You have to climb into the bed from the bottom - you can't walk around the side. We were able to pick our room and went for the highest floor possible and did the sea side - which turned out to be the side the train was on, but it didn't run too late, so the train never bothered us while trying to sleep. There wasn't an actual breakfast, but they had little pastries available in the mornings, if you got there in time. There was luggage storage, which we used our last day in Tokyo. We borrowed a humidifier from the hotel front desk for the room, and this was really helpful. There was tea and coffee available in the lobby all the time. They had an art activity one night. They have a library of books in the lobby too.
They only provide one pillow, but you can ask for an extra at the front desk. Unfortunately, they had run out of extra pillows. Super nice though :) The locks on the luggage didn't work correctly for us, so when we left, we had to get someone at the desk to help us. Fortunately, they were super nice and helpful and were able to override the locking system so we could get our luggage.

Great location. Let than 10 min walk from Hamamatsucho station (JR line) and on the doorstep of the tram to Odaiba (Giant Gundam). Beautiful Garden park next door...small entry fee) and cheap eats in the hood n further down steet. If adventurous, walkable to Tokyo tower n another huge park/shrines etc. If limited time, this area hits a lot of boxes. Finally, awesome price for what you get..yes, free coffee machine all day...breakie mini pastries with a toaster. Indoor/outdoor hang out. Even miso soup packs at breakie too. They offer free walking tours at 10am Saturdays. Decor is unique n for anime lovers. Felt like a posh backpackers but not quite a Hilton
Rooms might be tight for some but bigger than APA hotel (if been there/ similar price range) Nothing really not to like. Recycling on each floor a bonus so wont clog your rooms. Even windows open a good crack for fresh air. If lucky, youll get an awesome view of the harbour.

This hotel was a real surprise . More suitable for a longer stay. Once you realise a few things, you work out that it is in a convenient and easy to access place to visit many parts of Tokyo. Staff very pleasant. I think it’s a good idea to ask for an extra pillow ( happily provided) and if you get a room overlooking the bay it’s a real bonus. You can even open the window safely! Once you are organised the rooms are plenty big enough and the shower is super.Would recommend.
If i hadn’t read any not so good reports.
