The hotel location is supposed to be on more quieter side of Ginza, in 1 side of the room has bars just the back of the hotel where it can be very noisy at night, there is no soundproofing as you can hear all the noise came from the bars. Location is very close to the station, walking distance about 200 meters, you can also walk around Ginza area easily. Room is clean. Wifi is also good. There is no view you can expect.

there is one side of the hotel which is too close to the bars, which is super noisy at night, if you are a light sleeper you won't be able to have good sleep

Location is absolutely fabulous. Few minutes walk to the train station. Right next to the shopping streets and restaurants. The Tokyo station is approx. 10-15 mins walk. Their breakfast is great. The restaurant is on a high floor, with a view of the Tokyo tower.

Rooms are small but when in Tokyo one is always out and about. So small rooms dont make too much of a difference.

Location was great, our bedroom was nice.

We were a bit disappointed by breakfast.. no buffet but 3 different options: japanese breakfast (honestly we love Japanese food but this one was a bit weird for European taste I think and we couldn’t eat everything), 2 western options that honestly were not good either (maybe worse?). We payed for breakfast when we booked the room but only took it twice on 4 nights because of it (stopped going when we had tried the 3 different options and saw that neither of them was great). We could have saved some money knowing it wasn’t worth it.

The room was lovely and very spacious - we were able to fit 4 suitcases easily. The the bathroom was beautiful and there was more than enough space for clothes storage. The view from the room was so interesting and it was really nice to watch the world go by! The location was fantastic, with great transport links and only a 20 minute taxi ride from Haneda airport. The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond, even making sure we didn't get wet when we were struggling to get to our taxi in the pouring rain!

There was some noise from the main street but really not enough to be bothered by.

The hotel's location is great, with its being so close to the Yamanote loop (and other) train lines and in a pleasant part of Tokyo. There are many restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk. There is a Lawson one minute away. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. All facilities were very good, as were the comfortable beds and block out curtains. Our room was on the 5th floor, at the back, and was very quiet overall

Nothing we didn't like as we had a great stay. I think other reviewers have mentioned street noise. We had a little with someone shouting at street level early one morning. No other noise issues. Breakfast looked great and generous, but it is relatively pricey

We recently stayed at Celestine Hotel Ginza and had an outstanding experience. The location is absolutely perfect, near all the shopping malls and boutiques. The front office staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The entire property was spotlessly clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend Celestine Hotel Ginza to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit!

The Celestine’s a nice experience for a solo traveller - located near Shimbashi station with many dining options around the area (including the popular Ichiran Ramen), it’s also convenient to get a late night snack in at Lawson’s just next door. The room’s a good size and well-stocked with toiletries, and the bed’s comfortable. Front desk staff are very polite and helpful, especially Ms Haginoya who assisted me patiently with my transport enquiries - I was able to plan my day trip to Nasushiobara with ease, great customer service rendered.

There were a couple of nights I heard odd, thudding sounds coming from the hotel’s exterior and through the walls - not persistent but sporadic - I woke up from my sleep as a result.

The location was good. Near to JR Yamanote Line (Shimbashi) and Ginza line. Easy to get good food and near to shopping area. Everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel was clean, the bed was good, the room size acceptable, and the breakfast was great. Strongly recommended. Staff is also very friendly and can speak English well. Will consider staying in this hotel again.

The pillows are too soft, i guess. But it's a small matter. All is good.

Perfect location for Ginza and connecting areas. The room was comfortable and the digital panel for operating the lighting and heating etc was very easy to use. Good bed and nice linen! Staff were very pleasant and attentive.

Only very small point of lack of drawers to put your things in as they were all occupied with bath robes, pyjamas and steam iron. With 2 people we struggled which meant overflowing cases etc (also no room for cases).

the hotel is excellent, the room is a sufficient size, the bathroom is large, they clean the room every day and the wifi works very well. The hotel is very well located near the Ginza and Shimbashi metro (there is a direct line that goes to Haneda airport and takes 30 minutes), close to the main avenues of Ginza. The hotel staff are very polite and helped me check my luggage straight to the airport.
