This is our 2nd time staying at the Mitsui Garden Ginza. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, staff members are amazing! Extremely helpful, friendly and professional at the same time. ^We also went to Shari for our New Year’s Eve dinner and it was lovely.

If I can be picky, please provide vending machines on every floor rather than just on level 2. Sometimes we feel like having a drink or two after shower and It’s a bit inconvenient for guests to have to dress up again to go to level 2 to get the drinks.

Decent size room (twin room) for Tokyo standards, very clean. The hotel decor was modern in Japanese way, loved the smell of foyer when you walk in (hubby thought it was too peppery but I loved it). Location was fantastic, easy walking distance to multiple metro stations, Tokyo station, Tsukiji market, Retail shops and many eateries. Love the large public bath on level 2. We loved our stay so much that when we came back to Tokyo a week later, we stayed here again.

Shower over bath with shower curtains, fitness centre was tiny and very limited in terms of equipments.

It was my first time in Tokyo, Japan, and it was unbelievable experience. The hotel is in Japanese modern, contemporary style. There were a lot of complimentary things such as pyjamas, face masks, disposable toothbrushes, cotton pads, etc. Everything you need will be here and more. The location is in the heart of Ginza: you can find near the subway stations, convenience stores, shopping street and etc. Now I'm obsessed. Also I'd like to thank the staff there for attention to the details and friendliness. I had the situation: after check-in we went to the room and already were ready to sleep. After 30-40 minutes it's turned out I forgot my backpack at the reception. In the end, I found it there, standing where I left it, nobody touched it.

The room was a little bit small, but everything else is perfect.

Excellent location, close to train station and walking distance ( if you like to walk!) to other locations. Staff is very friendly, helpful and inviting. The facilities are up to date and clean. Toiletries/essentials (tooth brush, etc.) are available in the lobby. Fast and easy check in/out by kiosk if you choose. The rooms are modern and cozy. Slippers and pajamas provided in room. Pajamas can be worn to private baths on 2nd fir-

unfortunately I did not have time to check out the baths or the eating facilities, so l could not give 5 stars. I would stay again.

Dear Heritage Collection on Boat Quay Team, I am writing to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful experience I had during my stay at your hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The convenience of the location added to the overall excellent experience. I would like to extend a special thanks to three of your outstanding staff members: Ryan, Loc, and Divina. Their warm hospitality and attentive service made my stay truly memorable. They were always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Thank you once again for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future and will certainly recommend Heritage Collection on Boat Quay to my friends and family.

strategic location as train station is just like 2 mins walk, a lot of restaurants, convenient stores around and famous ginza shopping street is 200m away. breakfast is set options type with salad and drinks bar available and it’s not bad.

room is small (standard Japanese hotel size) where you might struggle finding space to open up your luggage. amenities is in the lobby so you have to take yourself (being a 4 star id expect it to be available in room). there’s no view as our room is facing directly to another hotel’s wall.

My original booking was a single room in which the view is the roof top of the other building nearby. Luckily, there are twin bed room available, and I could change the next 2 days with additional charges, the view is much nicer and I like it a lot. Metro stations, shopping malls, restaurants and etc. are nearby, very convenient and I highly recommended it.

The laundry room is something I don't like. Having only 2 machines for the entire building definitely are not enough. If there is no room to add more machines, why not take them out? I have been staying there for 3 consecutive nights, and found them almost 24-hour occupied (I went there in the morning, afternoon, evening, and even 3am). I will suggest to have washer and dryer separately, so at least I could do the wash, and hang the clothes inside my room.

Property was very well maintained. I really liked the onsen that the hotel provided and how private the place felt overall. Room overall was well-equipped and comfortable to stay in.

Staff were not able to speak English that well, so we had some issues communicating to them. Place was remote and difficult to get to because the cut off timing for the shuttle buses is really early. That means when you stay in town past 4pm, you probably will have to take a cab back to the hotel which can be expensive.

The hotel is perfectly located in Ginza, close to metro and train stations, just a few steps from the Kabukiza, and very close to some of the main department stores, good restaurants, etc. Rooms are correct, with everything needed, and it is very helpful that there are a couple of washing machines in the basement.

Rooms are on the small side and there is little space for clothes in closets and drawers. When compared to other similar hotels, the breakfast is of lesser quality and not as good service. While it is great to have two washing machines in the hotel, it would be wonderful to have lots more, or several available in each floor, as the waits can be extremely long and there is no way of reserving the machines. The onsen can also get crowded.
