Great location. Close to everything. Very accommodating.

Wish there was a restaurant on the first floor.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Mitsui Garden Ginza. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, staff members are amazing! Extremely helpful, friendly and professional at the same time. ^We also went to Shari for our New Year’s Eve dinner and it was lovely.

If I can be picky, please provide vending machines on every floor rather than just on level 2. Sometimes we feel like having a drink or two after shower and It’s a bit inconvenient for guests to have to dress up again to go to level 2 to get the drinks.

Loved our stay at Mitsui Garden Ginza! The hotel was spotless and in a fantastic location. I loved the fresh, comfy pajamas provided every day and the wide selection of bathroom amenities right at the front. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with so many delicious options and hands down the best French toast I’ve ever had! The bath area was relaxing and immaculate. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

The only thing I wish was different is the laundry situation there are only two washer/dryer units, which were in high demand and sometimes tricky to access. That said, we were still able to get our laundry done during our stay.

Loved the location, the staff were friendly. The foyer was nice. It always smelt good. The amenities were good. The rooms were clean uncomfortable and a good size. I loved the phone charger that was in the room. I loved those little hooks on the wall for my coat. I loved that. I could open the window for a bit of fresh air. As a solo female traveller, I felt perfectly safe in the hotel and in the surrounding areas

The pillows were very uncomfortable. If I were forced to say something else, I would say the showerhead always twisted towards the wall and not on me. The room was quite dark. There were no English channels on the television.

The best thing is the location of the hotel. It was near all the must-see shopping areas in Ginza, and is a close walk to Tsukiji Market. There are plenty of konbinis within walking distance (7/11 by the corner, Lawson across the street). There's also a ramen restaurant open til late right beside the hotel. The rooms were spacious enough for the 3 of us who shared it. Overall, a great stay!

Was not aware that there is a non-refundable tax to be paid upon check-in. Would have been good to mention this during the booking process.

Decent size room (twin room) for Tokyo standards, very clean. The hotel decor was modern in Japanese way, loved the smell of foyer when you walk in (hubby thought it was too peppery but I loved it). Location was fantastic, easy walking distance to multiple metro stations, Tokyo station, Tsukiji market, Retail shops and many eateries. Love the large public bath on level 2. We loved our stay so much that when we came back to Tokyo a week later, we stayed here again.

Shower over bath with shower curtains, fitness centre was tiny and very limited in terms of equipments.

It was my first time in Tokyo, Japan, and it was unbelievable experience. The hotel is in Japanese modern, contemporary style. There were a lot of complimentary things such as pyjamas, face masks, disposable toothbrushes, cotton pads, etc. Everything you need will be here and more. The location is in the heart of Ginza: you can find near the subway stations, convenience stores, shopping street and etc. Now I'm obsessed. Also I'd like to thank the staff there for attention to the details and friendliness. I had the situation: after check-in we went to the room and already were ready to sleep. After 30-40 minutes it's turned out I forgot my backpack at the reception. In the end, I found it there, standing where I left it, nobody touched it.

The room was a little bit small, but everything else is perfect.

Excellent location, close to train station and walking distance ( if you like to walk!) to other locations. Staff is very friendly, helpful and inviting. The facilities are up to date and clean. Toiletries/essentials (tooth brush, etc.) are available in the lobby. Fast and easy check in/out by kiosk if you choose. The rooms are modern and cozy. Slippers and pajamas provided in room. unfortunately I did not have time to check out the baths or the eating facilities, so l could not give 5 stars. I would stay again.
