Mari in the reception was super kind, helpful and patient! Everything was super clean and the location was great. Slept very well.

The safe in the room didn’t work and my things got locked inside of it a couple of times

Amazing little capsule hotel! So many good points. I stayed alone, in the female floor. Each floor has toilets and basins so you don't need to go to different floors in the middle of the night. other travellers were very considerate and quiet. Ear plugs provided for free, you will need them as there are 10 people in one room but the capsule gives privacy. The mattress was a little thin but overall comfy. You can store your luggage under your bed, or in the room, which makes it convenient. The women have a bath tub room. The facilities are awesome, with a fridge and a small kitchen you can use. IT IS SO CLEAN and cute. location was AMAZING, the train station was only 6 min walk away and the main Asakusa temple and tourist area was kist 10 mins walk. At night this is a quiet part of tokyo and I loved it. Would stay again!! Friendly english speaking staff and they will let you late check out for 1000 yen. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Impeccably clean facilities and very well maintained! Minimalist style of decoration but feels very welcoming. Spotless toilets and shower area, dorms were also clean. I like that there is an airvent near the bed to keep things cool inside the pod. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is very close to the Ginza line and Asakusa line in a very quiet area. Lots of amenities (basic toiletries, laundry, communal kitchen).

Low security: I didn't feel unsafe but there is only 1 passcode on the door and anyone can enter the lift and any of the dorms after that. The dorm rooms themselves have no lock, but there is a small locker. Maybe this is typical for Japan, I am not sure. It is also very small, the space in front of the beds in the dorm was fully blocked by people's large suitcases when I entered, making it difficult to move. It could be nice to have a separate space for large suitcase storage. There is only 1 USB charging port near the bed, so it was very difficult to charge multiple devices. :( I wish they could turn off the announcement on the lift after 10pm. It makes a loud announcement every time and it is very hard to sleep with the sound.

Cheap and great location, friendly staff, good amenities provided (washer/dryer, fridge, luggage scale) and stocked toiletries.

There was a weird smell in the room hallway throughout my stay, a weird moist/musty/ wet sock smell. It didnt go away despite the room spray provided. Towels and room slippers are not included, but available to rent/purchase. Room halls are very tight. If someone opens their luggage, you cant pass.

The place was super clean, with many showers, a well equipped kitchen, and an online system for checking which facilities were occupied at a given time. The staff was very nice and helpful, and agreed to keep my luggage before check-in. Great location, walking distance from the Senso-ji complex, in a quiet neighborhood, with subway stations and convenience stores very close. The capsule itself was comfortable.

There wasn't much space outside of the capsule for luggage, as there were many people staying in the dormitory.

I loved the kitchen with the balcony available. Also, the location was quiet because it was down a side street but only a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station. There was also a convenient elevator and the showers and toilet areas were clean.

The room was a bit small and there were no hangers available in the beds so everyone hung their towels and clothes to dry on a singular bar that was bolted to the wall. There wasn't enough space for me to dry my towel which was unfortunate.

Very good location, asakusa have a lot of cool places near by. very clean, the room was double 3 floor, bed is nice enough, also perfectly heated, bathrooms are so clean and showers have all you need, even the girls showers have bath, equipped with good light and hair dryers. So comfy I would recommend.

You have to pay for towels, I would say is good for single capsule but double room they could afford some towels free. Also if you check in late (I did around 11pm) you have to pay a late fee which is basically non sense as they only send you a code to open the door, that you would need anyway if arrived early. For me (small lol) was comfortable but my husband was kinda claustrophobic.

We liked the friendly helpful staff, the WiFi was fast, the rooms well air-conditioned. It was a cheap stay in the Asakusa location. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Toilets on each floor, with plenty of showers on the 2nd floor. My wife and I were able to remote work in the lounge area, it wasn't large, but it also wasn't busy enough that working there was a problem.

For those worried about safely storing their laptops, or larger items, there wasn't a place to leave them. There was a safety lockbox, but it wouldn't fit much.

The location is strategic, 5 minute walking distance to stations and convenience storea. Asakusa and Sensoji were just 10 minutes away by foot. The staff was friendly. They ensure that we had a great stay and explained everything in detail. The facility is well kept and the room is spotless. The lounge was equipped by enough utensils for cooking and eating. We stayed at a double bed room.

The double room had just enough room for a small luggage, but ours were large so it took almost all the floor space when opened. Maybe it was just us, but the conduction stove did not provide enough heat to cook an egg. We wanted to ask the staff but most of the time we think we kept missing each other. The facility could do with an additional laundry machines because the guests who were lining up to do their laundry ended up occupying the lounges for an extended period of times. It was not an easy feat to have a meal at the lounge. When we turn the exhaust on during the evening, our room was always filled with the aroma of the next door cooking and the smell stuck on our clothes. We never turned on the exhaust after that.

THEY'VE GOT ELEVATOR :D - First of all, shout out to their lovely staffs! I met 3 of them and all of them were so lovely, very helpful and very welcoming. - Next, location is great! 5 mins walk to the nearest bus station or train station (this matters a lot in Japan!), convenient store, 5 stores Don Quijote, GU, etc are just with walking distance. It'd take extra minutes but Sensoji Temple is also reachable! - Facilities, exceeded my expectation. They provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer for free. You can do laundry and dryer as well with reasonable price as well. Kitchen sets are complete! Fridge, electronic stove, microwave, oven, kettle, etc. - Room, I took the dormitory and I can say it's pretty fine, the room temperature is nice, the bunk bed is quite spacious as well. Just note that since it's a dormitory and everyone is carrying luggage, so you will have to adjust your own luggage. Bed sheets are clean! Overall, I'm satisfied with everything. Note: Shower is only on 2nd floor, with kitchen and laundry. But baht rooms are available in every floor.

Honestly? Not sure what's to not like there. Everyone's perspective is different ..... so yea :)
