Honestly I don’t even know where to start. I been to 40 countries in my life, I’m still young (21 years), and therefore I been at many hostels in my life (probably around 40 since I mostly travel solo). And this is honestly the best hostel I ever been to. I stayed here for 9 nights and honestly wish I spent some extra nights here. For a woman especially this is perfect. They provide with spacious makeup room that has everything you need! Facials, makeup remover, makeup pads, hair curler/straightener and a lot more! The room itself is spacious, I was able to fit my 2 luggages under the bed which is perfect, and the bed was very comfortable as well. I didn’t feel trapped which I feel like sometimes at other hostels. They also have a very good common area in the second floor which I loved! They also had some games like monopoly that I played with my friend there. The staff is also wonderful and helped me with everything needed. Location is also 10/10. If I could I would honestly write a whole A4 page of how good this place is. I will definitely come back here another time!

Exceed my expectations from the hostel . super clean lots of facility and modern . Women floor have all facility and toiletries even have a make up room I really like it . Location just 3 min to temple .

All was good just not very social hostel if you are looking for one

By far the nicest dorm/hostel we’ve ever stayed in. The pods were spacious and felt private, had plenty of space to store a suitcase, and were quiet at night. There were plenty of showers so there was no waiting and the bathrooms were extremely clean. The location was fantastic, in a quiet neighborhood but just a 5 minute walk away from the temple and lots of restaurants nearby.

I really wanted to stay at a Capsule Hotel in Japan and this hotel is what I would call Glamping. I love that you get your own section so you don't have to climb to the second level to get to your bed. This honestly feels like a luxurious capsule. The bed is super comfortable. You can secure your stuff under your bed. The bed is extra long for tall people. The bathroom and vanity area was amazing. The lounge area was beautiful and the hotel staff was super nice. You also felt very secure here as a solo traveler that's very important. You couldn't get to any area without your key card. I also like that there was an emergency button inside the capsule and inside the bathroom.

No complaints. This was my favorite out of all my accommodations in Japan.

This is a top tier luxury hostel experience that was still very well priced and affordable. The whole experience of signing into the property felt like I was in a movie. Excellent experience and even good for long term stays as you don’t have bunk bed and your kind of have your own private space

Nothing really!

Good location near Ginza line, superb cleanliness and comfort, staff was kind enough to merge my to bookings to one - without me even needing to ask for it. Had the most comfortable stay during my 2.5 weeks in Japan. Truly a 10/10

An absolutely INCREDIBLE stay in Tokyo. I’m a solo female traveller who’s traveled the last 5 not sh and this is BY FAR the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The most well thought out and luxurious facilities, incredible location right by a metro station and such friendly and helpful staff. It’s not a social hostel but there is a very peaceful common area where you can relax in the evenings. The pods are so comfortable, showers are fabulous and they provide so many free products (including hair dryers, straighteners, curlers, toothbrushes, razors the lot!). If you’re between any accommodations and this one, choose this one!

It was entirely perfect! No room for improvement

Tucked away right outside main roads, but still very close to a lot of things. it’s accessible and close to NRT. it’s great pricing and the staff is amazing. I think my favorite things about this place is the staff. The place is smaller compared to the other Capsules but I think that’s why it’s able to maintain the cleanliness and why the guests seem overall more respectful. There is a common area for women and a separate floor for mixed, both equipped with same amenities and restroom facilities on every floor. It’s highly secure in that your keycard is access to certain areas only. I’m sure other places have that too, but you can’t get to excellent if you don’t at least start with the basics.

Great location, near Tawaramachi station which is very convenient as it is ginza line. It was really quick from the airport, and diret. The place itself is very clean and very organized.

The professional, genuine, and friendly gratitude of the staff was the greatest thing I've seen during this trip. Their hospitality was extremely incredibly delightful, eager, friendly, efficient, and helpful! They always tried their hardest and best and all went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, and make my stay comfortable and enjoyable like home! They made me feel very welcome all the time like family! The Hotel and the staff bring to mind the golden age of travel back in the old days! Especially the room was wonderful, clean, and comfortable! The view from my room was spectacular! I’m very appreciative of the unforgettable memories you guys gave me and will definitely stay again in the future! Thank you so much for the warmth and hospitality of all the staff in this hotel and made my trip so wonderful! I truly and very enjoyed the time with you guys! You guys are AMAZING! ありがとうございます!
