By far the nicest dorm/hostel we’ve ever stayed in. The pods were spacious and felt private, had plenty of space to store a suitcase, and were quiet at night. There were plenty of showers so there was no waiting and the bathrooms were extremely clean. The location was fantastic, in a quiet neighborhood but just a 5 minute walk away from the temple and lots of restaurants nearby.

This is a top tier luxury hostel experience that was still very well priced and affordable. The whole experience of signing into the property felt like I was in a movie. Excellent experience and even good for long term stays as you don’t have bunk bed and your kind of have your own private space

Good location near Ginza line, superb cleanliness and comfort, staff was kind enough to merge my to bookings to one - without me even needing to ask for it. Had the most comfortable stay during my 2.5 weeks in Japan. Truly a 10/10

Great location, near Tawaramachi station which is very convenient as it is ginza line. It was really quick from the airport, and diret. The place itself is very clean and very organized.

Tucked away right outside main roads, but still very close to a lot of things. it’s accessible and close to NRT. it’s great pricing and the staff is amazing. I think my favorite things about this place is the staff. The place is smaller compared to the other Capsules but I think that’s why it’s able to maintain the cleanliness and why the guests seem overall more respectful. There is a common area for women and a separate floor for mixed, both equipped with same amenities and restroom facilities on every floor. It’s highly secure in that your keycard is access to certain areas only. I’m sure other places have that too, but you can’t get to excellent if you don’t at least start with the basics.

I was very surprised. Such an awesome hotel. There’s not a lot of capsules per room, it’s really quiet. Bathrooms are spotless, everything you could ever want or need ready at your service. Beds are slim but super comfy. Rarely ever sleep this well. The common areas are great. The patio is seems very underrated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved the location. Very close to many things but also a super quiet little street. Pretty much everything within a 5 min walk. Bonus points for the great people I met during my stay. I even cancelled other plans to come back here.

The professional, genuine, and friendly gratitude of the staff was the greatest thing I've seen during this trip. Their hospitality was extremely incredibly delightful, eager, friendly, efficient, and helpful! They always tried their hardest and best and all went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, and make my stay comfortable and enjoyable like home! They made me feel very welcome all the time like family! The Hotel and the staff bring to mind the golden age of travel back in the old days! Especially the room was wonderful, clean, and comfortable! The view from my room was spectacular! I’m very appreciative of the unforgettable memories you guys gave me and will definitely stay again in the future! Thank you so much for the warmth and hospitality of all the staff in this hotel and made my trip so wonderful! I truly and very enjoyed the time with you guys! You guys are AMAZING! ありがとうございます! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely facilities. I really enjoyed the lounge room for all-females on 4F, which had a modern feel. Excellent location in Asakusa, which was Tokyo's leading entertainment district during the Edo Period for many centuries. About a 5-10 minute walk away from Sensoji Temple, delicious street food, retro charm, and Kappabashi Street for your kitchenware needs. ありがとうございました!

Personally I found the mattress a bit uncomfortable. Also, some of the lighting still seeped through the sides of the capsule blinds when you tried to sleep so it was rather bothersome, being a light sleeper. Helps if you wear a sleep mask.

I liked how cozy it was inside. The make up room was my favourite as it always clean and rarely in use. I’m unsure if they clean the toilets and bathroom daily as sometimes it was unclean, this may be because people are using it constantly. Cleaners are in dorms every day though. They change out towels, toothbrush and slippers everyday which was great. I don’t think you need new slippers every day but that’s a personal choice. It was nice to have the option

It was far down on the ginza line, number 18. No too convenient. Asakusa is a great area though, lots to do for tourists. I wish there were more social opportunities catered to in the hostels to meet people

Spacious pods - modern feel with thoughtful design such as a double curtain or the ability to turn the light on from the entrance or once in the space. I could stand up on the bed and not reach the ceiling, which I super appreciated - different than other places I stayed! There is also a provided loop lock to lock your luggage to a bar in the pod itself and extra space to lock luggage outside of the suites if needed. I also appreciated that even on the mixed gender floors, you needed to badge into the women's showers.

FYI there isn't really any cutlery or kitchenware besides hot water/microwave, so bring or buy anything you might need! They also charge to store your bags after a certain number of hours post-checkout (but they will hold them for free both pre + post check out for a time).
