breakfast was good. The hotel was close to most things in akihabara which made it easy to find things, go out for dinner etc. Staff were super friendly and checking/check out was an absolute breeze.
We were not expecting there to be a full size window in the bathroom. Im not really a huge fan of making eye contact with my friends when they're trying to take a poo in the bathroom, or having a shower. Also the curtain that was there was stylised to have holes in it, so even if it was for privacy, you could still see through it into the bathroom, so we had to make a concerted effort not to look at the left hand side of the room when we were in our beds and one of us needed the bathroom

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Akihabara station, which offers access to many subway and JR lines (such as the Yamanote line) making it an ideal starting point for exploring Tokyo. The area offers many great food options and even works well as a starting point for exploring Tokyo on foot. Check-in as well as check-out was efficient and easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was located on the top floor, with a nice view of the city. The room itself was conveniently furnished, with a small closet to store the luggage in, a nice desk and a massage chair. Despite being located right next to a train station, our room was fairly quiet (see the notes below), with sufficient isolation between rooms, so we never noticed any other guests.
Neither of these things are big downsides, but: * The rooms, while fairly practical and comfortable, are definitely on the smaller side, making it slightly difficult to fully open larger pieces of luggage. * During the warmer months, Akihabara is an area plagued by extremely loud motorcycles, which could still be heard on the 18th floor. The noise of the train station is noticeable, but way less prominent and didn't bother us at all, but if you're very sensitive this might be an issue. * One thing to keep in mind is that Akihabara gets extremely busy/crowded on the weekends, which may or may not be your cup of tea.

Remm Akihabara has an amazing location alongside the Akihabara train station providing easy access to all Tokyo has to offer. This was my second stay at the hotel, and while I enjoyed my breakfasts at the Portal Cafe during my first stay, I thoroughly enjoyed sleeping in and experiencing the other restaurants throughout the building for brunch this time. The staff are exceptional as are the hotels facilities.
It’s a very minor inconvenience but one of the three elevators doesn’t go down to the ground floor (it only goes as far as the lobby, floor 6). So if you get this elevator when exiting your room you will need to change elevators in the lobby to leave the building.

Great service, comfortable room. The temperature can be controlled which is a big plus. Check in was smooth through the machine with English-speaking staff assisting you. For check out, just put your card(s) into the same machine. Next to JR Akihabara Station in Yamanote Line among many others, and Tsukuba Express (TX) Station in case you want to go to Asakusa. Very easy to find. From JR Akihabara Station, just follow the Central Exit sign and turn south (right hand side if you're exiting the station), go past Akiba Tolim, and you'll find the hotel sign within seconds. The location can't be beaten. We used the bus stop on the other side of the station (only 5 mins walk with large luggage!) to Kawaguchiko Station to see Mt.Fuji. The bus only departs at 7:20am though and you can book it online. But it's so worth it to wake up early than go to Shinjuku/Tokyo Bus Station with all the luggages during Tokyo rush hour.. I will stay here again next time I visit Tokyo again. Thank you! 😊

Remm Akihabara was incredibly close to the entrance to the major Akihabara subway lines. it was centrally located to all the shopping areas right around Akihabara. The staff was really helpful in getting our luggage transported to the airport. They also allowed us to keep our bags there on the day we checked out. The massage chair was a really nice addition to relax in; it was just a little small.
The hotel didn't have an ice-machine on every floor. We always fill our water bottles with ice so we can bring cold water with us to drink during the hot Tokyo summer days. The bed wasn't elevated enough to put suitcases underneath which made the room a little more cramped.

Fabulous location in Akihabara, just steps from the train station. TONS of shopping, food, etc within the building and 5 mins walk. Nice size room. Breakfast at the Cafe (OR you could get lunch instead!!) with good food and nice tables/service. They had a massage chair in the room (awesome). Great shower. Best toilet seat in a country with amazing toilet seats.
They have *only 4* wash+dry laundry machines - on the plus side, the machines lock with a pin code you input. on the minus side, IT TAKES AT LEAST 2 HOURS PER LOAD. now that wouldn't be the worst thing if they actually had more laundry machines. No bathtub or onsen.

Stayed at a Twin Room for 5 nights. - Location of the hotel itself is a huge plus point. The hotel entrance was very accessible, located about 15 seconds walk away from JR Akihabara station's gantry exit. Was helpful during rainy days where we didn't need to open our umbrellas when walking from the train station to our hotel. There is a Lawson convenience store located near the entrance, as well as a FamilyMart located just opposite the road. - Wide, panoramic glass window overlooking Akihabara station was really fantastic. Arguably a key feature and my favourite aspect of the room. Brings in a lot of natural light into the room during the day. - Even though the hotel is directly beside a number of train tracks, you can barely hear the trains from inside of the room. I guess it also helped since we stayed at a higher floor. - Very satisfied with the beds, with 2 different types of pillows provided for each bed. - Blackout curtains were awesome at blocking out light, especially since the sunrise was very early in the morning during my stay. - The desk at the side of the room was huge and provided ample space for a person to put their belongings or use their laptop. - TV screen was really big, and provided a good viewing experience. - There was a ceiling-to-floor mirror near the entrance door that serves as the cupboard door. - Lots of amenities provided, with additional available on request at the front desk at level 6.
- No wall hooks in the bathroom area to hang your clothes when you are showering. There are, however, 1 chair in the shower room and 1 chair at the basin area for you to use. - The doors of the shower room and basin area cannot be locked.

The location was particularly excellent. We were right above the Akihabara JR station, which made access all over the city easy. The Akihabara district was also good to walk around, with plenty of sights, activities, and restaurants. The breakfasts were also tasty. It was great having a Japanese set meal, which let me try out some typical Japanese items for breakfast. I also enjoyed some of the more Western breakfasts on other days.
The room was a little small and cramped. I could have done without the massage chair, and used the space either to store our luggage or for a cupboard.

The location is just perfect, one ride with the elevator and you are in the heart of Akihabara and immediately at the train station. Bed was comfortable, Japanese bathroom is just so spacious! Staff was so friendly. They kept our luggage on our check out day so that we could explore Akihabara one more time.
The room is a little small, we had a room with 1 double bed, and we were 2 persons. Each person had their own luggage. So our floor was filled with our luggage which made it hard to walk and hard to clean. So if you are a couple with only one luggage then its perfect but it you are 2 persons with 2 or more luggages then it gets tricky

Location is the best since it closed to Akihabara station. Feel like the location is the part of the station. Provide massage chair in the room which is beyond expectation. Somehow it consume more space for it. It will be good if the guest use it. I stayed with my wife and we didn't used so we have less space in room. There are 2 pillows for each guest; soft and firm one. Sanitary equipment is great. We are very happy with the shower seat provided. The temperature control regarding Hot and Cold water is very stable and easy to use. Staffs is polite and professional.
Feels like a carpet has a bit dusty. It's better after use air freshener.
