A lovely hotel in Ginza. The hotel is easy to find and close to so many subways stations ! Have a family mart in front. The staffs was amazing, always smiling, a great sense of care. On my last days they filled my luggage transfer with me so it arrive on time at the airport (and it did) and on the last day as it was raining they offered me an umbrella for my outside visit. The room was a pleasing cocoon. Very well arranged, I loved the bathtub and the delicate attention to have bath salts on the day I arrived, and each time the maid cleaned my room. Plenty aminities to choose at the entrance. Had a bright new towel everyday. Tv have Prime and Netflix which is a must. Hotel also offer a charger, small mirror for making your makeup etc, a fridge as well as tea in your room. Have a lounge with a phone, a vending machine and a microwave downstairs. Either it’s from the desk or the maids, they did a very good job ! The price is low for the area, mostly when it’s including a breakfast ! It was a buffet, not much sweet compared to the salty side however there were choice still, and although you can find the same food some days, they always put new ones so there’s variety and as well fresh fruits every morning ! Excellent coffee, the breakfast room was well decorated and comfortable. I basically liked everything

The only thing is that, despite the blinds, the lights comes in on the morning. But, when you’re too tired from visiting and walking all day long, it’s not going to stop you from sleeping lol

The location was very convenient and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. When my t.v. broke, they moved me to another nice room and even offered to help me move. The hotel was very quiet, the bed very comfortable, the bath very nice, and I could set room temperature to my exact preference. I also liked that they only provided cleaning services every other day, but offered fresh towels. That seems kind to the environment and entirely sufficient. Also, the breakfast offered just about anything one could want -- not as large and fancy as some places I have stayed, but definitely sufficient.

The room wasn't big, but I didn't expect it to be in Tokyo.

The location is excellent. A 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station, and 10 minutes to the Ginza station. New York has 5th Avenue and Broadway. Chicago has Michigan Ave, AKA The Magnificent Mile. In my opinion, neither of them compares to Ginza, just up the street from the hotel. The Kibuki Theater is just a block away. Shibuya Crossing, a must do at night, is just a 20 minute subway ride away. The front desk staff were very helpful.

The hotel is very nice. Glad we paid a little more for a slightly larger room. Since our flight home was at 5:00, we asked for a late checkout from 11:00 until 1:00. As I recall, it was $56 per hour. This was after spending 3 nights in the hotel. There really is no lobby. Just a small area with a few chairs. And, no bar just for a drink. We went to the restaurant after having dinner elsewhere, and asked to have dessert and a drink. They would not serve us, even though there were many tables available.

The hotel is nestled in a prime Ginza location, offering an abundance of shopping opportunities. Despite being in the heart of the action, it’s tucked away in a peaceful spot, providing a fantastic retreat. Additionally, it’s conveniently situated for easy travel to other key attractions. The staff also helped with the luggage transfer to other cities.

Room cleaning could be improved, but everything else is excellent.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room is small but cozy. They have a study desk and a small round coffee table in the room so we have proper table to eat our takeaways. The bathtub is very good size and the kids love it. The toilet area and the bath area were separated by a glass door, so the toilet area is always kept dry. They provided a microwave oven at level 1 which is good when you need to heat up food. The location is good and near to train stations which is very convenient. Near to the Ginza shopping area. Lots of nice food around.

They do not have connecting rooms. So we have to hold 2 cards all the time to go to the kids' room. Facilities are limited. No swimming pool and gym. Ice is only available on level 1 and 13. Room is really small and if you have 2 big luggages, it is a struggle to even have space to open them.

Excellent location in Ginza, close to shops, bars, restaurants and easy walking distance to the Ginza subway. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with luggage transfer. The Double room was small by Australian standards but quite well designed so didn't feel too cramped. We had a good sized window with a pleasant street view and a small couch.

It seemed very expensive but was actually quite reasonable for Tokyo.

It was in a great location. Close to the station as well. The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable.

I checked out of this hotel and then came back a week later. When i came back, i was attacked by bed bugs. I don't think they changed the sheets despite them being very clean so far. But it was only the first night. I wasn't bitten any other night.

We booked this location as it's near to the Higashi-Ginza station, which made it easy for us to get to the airport for our flight. However, do take note of which exit to take (ask the staff and they will show you a map) as the underground is a maze! It's much easier to get to the station from street level and take the correct lift. Rooms were bright, clean and comfortable. We had a corner room on a high floor which was quiet and sufficiently spacious by Tokyo standards. Plenty of food options around, with multiple convenience stores just downstairs of the hotel.

It's a bit of a walk to the main Ginza area, but you would already know that if you're looking at the map listing.

Location in heart of Ginza and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Rooms were smaller than anticipated. I booked a corner room as the photos on website appeared larger. Breakfast buffet was also below expectations.

The location we chose was convenient for the excursions we had booked, and my wife liked the shopping in the area.

The room was tiny and after opening our cases it was like maneuvering around an obstacle course to get from the bed to the bathroom. we didn't find the safe or the u.s.b ports until we were packing up our suitcases again.
