It’s central location, easy access to public transportation and restaurants was great. The staff having little to no English knowledge were still very helpful. The breakfast was quite good, felt healthy and delicious. It definitely has the feel of a home cooked meal. The rooms were very clean.

The rooms are cramped but that is typical of Tokyo. The washing machine was unfortunately not in operation while we were there.

Location was great.. near to Ueno. Rooms was reasonably size for the price paid, and breakfast was decent

Do make sure to take the correct exit indicated... I took the wrong exit and ended up in an area with lots of love hotels. Luckily it was in the daytime so I didn't feel unsafe. There is a flight of steps to take to the train station though so those with large luggage beware!

Staff is excellent, kind and honest. I left property in the room accidentially after my stay and it was returned to me without issue. Very helpful even with us knowing very little Japanese, check out and in went very smooth.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking, and the room a bit small.

Wasn't thinking much of the location beforehand but it was actually fantastic. There are many shops around, Asakusa within walking distance one way, Ueno the other.

The soundproofing to the hallway is abysmal, you will hear people coming and going. Didn't hear much from other rooms though, so that's fine.

The location was really near to the station, you can walk and reach. The breakfast provided was healthy and filling, the facilities were also good. It was a comfortable stay considering that the whole day we were out and came just to sleep.

The size of the room was considerably small compared to the picture of the room that I had booked, that's all

proximity to JR station. Free breakfast was ample for start of day.

key card to turn on power in the room. As you leave the room, everything in the room gets powered off, unable to charge devices.

we stayed 4 nights. had two double bed rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was clean amd functional. nice traditional breakfast. kind staff

beds were too soft and you could feel the springs. i would change the mattresses. room is really tiny and you need to be creative to store your baggage.

I like breakfast every morning. The staff are nice and friendly. They can help me a lot when I have questions about the location of tourist spots.

If the space is offered more, it will be much better.

I don't like the road from the station to the hotel because I have to carry my luggage down from the stairs and also when I went back to the station, I have to hold on.

The location was excellent, only 5 min from the subway, lots of nice restaurants around and even a massage shop!

It lacks sound proofing, but nothing a couple of ear plugs cannot fix.
