Nice structure, with a private parking place and not far from the center by walk.

The breakfast can be improved. The swimming pool was nice to see, we could not use it, it was too cold in March the outdoor temperatures.

I felt very welcome again at the hotel (was my third stay in this hotel). The reception team is very friendly and helpful. Especially Haithm from the reception gave me the best advices for transport, organized any additional bookings et. I like the hotel since it is calm and has a relaxing pool site, rooms are good, service team is helpful and friendly, and it is close to the heart of Madaba city (5 to 10 mins walking time), so shops and restaurants are easily reachable. I will come again!

I would prefer more cereals at the breakfast buffet. However, this is only my personal taste; the buffet offers quite a choice of different foods, both hot and cold.

The stay was amazing in all details , the room was spacious clean and comfortable and I would really recommend it. The Hotel food was delicious , We ordered food from the restaurant and we were so happy to try local food in amazing quality ! I will certainly come back to this hotel again as we left our hearts there !

One of the best stays in Jordan ! The hotel is central with a very clean & comfortable rooms. The breakfast had large variety and tasty !! Would really come back to this facility and recommend any one to book it cause it is the best stay with the best swimming pool

Nothing everything was perfect

I recently stayed at Grand Hotel Madaba , and it was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in was quick, and my room was really nice, clean and comfortable. What stood out the most was the amazing service. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make sure I had a great time. They even helped me plan my sightseeing trips. Overall, my stay at Grand Hotel Madaba was awesome! I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Madaba. I can't wait to go back!🏆

Exceptional service, felt very welcomed at the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Food variety was also very good and tasty! The rooms are quite big and comfortable!

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. We travelled with our little daughter and asked for a crib at the last minute. Good coffee and breakfast buffet options. We didn’t get a chance to swim in their pool but loved the patio! Thank you Grand Madaba team for having us. We will definitely be coming back when we visit again.

Breakfast was very good - location of Hotel was excellent. We had a junior suite which was very spacious and very clean.

The pool area didn't have many sunbeds and they weren't very comfortable. At the weekend the pool area was taken over by a private party with their choice of loud music and we didn't feel very welcome. However apart from that - the pool area was very nice and the pool very clean.

Comfortable , spacious and beautiful rooms and warm welcome from the staff and also the breakfest was delicious ill certainly come back to this amazing place !

Close to centre. Pool, lobby, rooms excellent. Nadine at reception was most helpful with everything.
