Jawad at the front desk was very helpful. He made really good suggestions, went out of his way to help me, continued to make sure my visit was good and that I was comfortable. He was willing to accommodate my needs and was generous and kind with his time. Breakfast was good but it is definitely much better when there is a buffet when there are more guests. With just a few guests staying in the hotel, then each person is served individually.

We had a very pleasant stay at Town Season Hotel during our trip to Petra. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is in a quiet, charming part of town with easy access to restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the excellent service from the front desk, especially Jawad. He was warm, helpful, and always willing to assist. He kindly arranged a car to take us to the Petra Visitor Center in the morning, and also gave us very helpful suggestions on how to plan our visit to the ancient city, including which routes to take and how to make the most of our time. His advice made our day at Petra much smoother and more enjoyable.

Initially, we had planned to stay 3 nights at this ideally located hotel, just a few minutes from Petra, but we ended up extending our stay to 4 nights. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome from Jawad, his valuable advice for visiting Petra, and his kindness throughout our stay. The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and always eager to help. The rooms are spacious enough, and the bedding is spotless. A nice touch: the minibar is entirely complimentary for guests. The breakfast buffet was by far the most varied we had during our trip to Jordan. Another great feature is the free shuttle service offered to take guests to the Petra site. The hotel is conveniently close to shops and restaurants, and we never had any issues finding parking nearby. We had a perfect stay at Town Season Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is situated in the center of Wadi Musa town, which means it is quite a distance uphill from the Visitor Centre (Petra entrance). However, the hotel offers pick-up on arrival, and free rides back and forth to the Visitor Centre (takes a few minutes). This way, you have access to the restaurants in the town center as well as convenient transport to Petra. The hotel offers a fabulous panoramic view over the Petra mountains and a great breakfast buffet. The minibar in the room was included in the price. Jawad and Ali, in the reception did their utmost to accommodate guests. Friends recommended this hotel to me, and I would warmly recommend it to others.

Wonderful experience at the Town season hotel. Very close to Petra entrance - 3 minutes by car. The host was very friendly and helpful. He laid out the breakfast at 7 am as we requested for it. Traditional Jordanian breakfast was served with smiles and fact that it was tasty was cheery on top! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary that day and they surprised us with delicious pastries . The view from restaurant on top is something that will wow you! All in all, a wonderful experience, not to be missed while in Petra! Definitely one of the highlights of our Jordan trip!

The location is very convenient, right in the middle of the Wadi Musa village. The hotel’s staff is very welcoming and accommodating, giving much advice for visiting Petra and arranging everything needed. Even the owner gave us a ride couple days to the main entrance, and arranged a driver for us to get back to the hotel once finished, plus arranged the tickets for Petra by night. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, with a nice bed and bathroom. Breakfast is very complete, with several options both buffet and a la carte. Overall, great place to use as a base to discover Petra, a few meters away from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and even a great laundry service in the street nearby. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

Everything was great, probably offering more info about the best places nearby for dinner and other services would be a plus.

All places we stayed at during our recent stay in Jordan were above average, but this one stuck out in terms of hospitality, the staff really do go out of their way to make you happy (coming from western europe this really is stunning). In general hats off for the welcoming and positive attitude despite the difficult situation for tourism in the country. At town season the manager was always very available for helpful advice, chats with us and our kids. Town season is a generous, spacious and child-friendly place to stay which we warmly recommend. Despite its location in the city center it is very quite at night and you sleep well and the walk to Petra is entry is just 10-12 min downhill. The vicinity to a number of restaurants is a plus.

at the arrival they gave me an upgrade of the room, with free bar and an amazing view: the selection of bath products was incredible (i loved the body lotion): not only in the morning they prepared at the moment an incredible breakfast that was so delicious I was not able to sto eating! The owner of the place was friendly and gave good direction for the next stop on my journey…the perfect place while you visit Petra: close to the visitor center, with parking space, shops but no noise around, simply the best!

Very hospitable staff members. Especially Jawaad who gave us the information that we needed in terms of going to Petra etc. The hotel is central to the restaurants and is also very near to the Petra site. The free shuttle service is great, it is not a bus but rather a car. If you are taking the bus to Petra, contact the hotel and they will arrange a pick up for free from a shop nearby. Would recommend a stay here and would definitely return if I am in Jordan again.
