We had a very pleasant stay at Town Season Hotel during our trip to Petra. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is in a quiet, charming part of town with easy access to restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the excellent service from the front desk, especially Jawad. He was warm, helpful, and always willing to assist. He kindly arranged a car to take us to the Petra Visitor Center in the morning, and also gave us very helpful suggestions on how to plan our visit to the ancient city, including which routes to take and how to make the most of our time. His advice made our day at Petra much smoother and more enjoyable.

The location is very convenient, right in the middle of the Wadi Musa village. The hotel’s staff is very welcoming and accommodating, giving much advice for visiting Petra and arranging everything needed. Even the owner gave us a ride couple days to the main entrance, and arranged a driver for us to get back to the hotel once finished, plus arranged the tickets for Petra by night. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, with a nice bed and bathroom. Breakfast is very complete, with several options both buffet and a la carte. Overall, great place to use as a base to discover Petra, a few meters away from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and even a great laundry service in the street nearby. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

Everything was great, probably offering more info about the best places nearby for dinner and other services would be a plus.

Wonderful experience at the Town season hotel. Very close to Petra entrance - 3 minutes by car. The host was very friendly and helpful. He laid out the breakfast at 7 am as we requested for it. Traditional Jordanian breakfast was served with smiles and fact that it was tasty was cheery on top! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary that day and they surprised us with delicious pastries . The view from restaurant on top is something that will wow you! All in all, a wonderful experience, not to be missed while in Petra! Definitely one of the highlights of our Jordan trip!

All places we stayed at during our recent stay in Jordan were above average, but this one stuck out in terms of hospitality, the staff really do go out of their way to make you happy (coming from western europe this really is stunning). In general hats off for the welcoming and positive attitude despite the difficult situation for tourism in the country. At town season the manager was always very available for helpful advice, chats with us and our kids. Town season is a generous, spacious and child-friendly place to stay which we warmly recommend. Despite its location in the city center it is very quite at night and you sleep well and the walk to Petra is entry is just 10-12 min downhill. The vicinity to a number of restaurants is a plus.

This is rare, but we really cannot find anything we disliked.

at the arrival they gave me an upgrade of the room, with free bar and an amazing view: the selection of bath products was incredible (i loved the body lotion): not only in the morning they prepared at the moment an incredible breakfast that was so delicious I was not able to sto eating! The owner of the place was friendly and gave good direction for the next stop on my journey…the perfect place while you visit Petra: close to the visitor center, with parking space, shops but no noise around, simply the best!

Everything in the hotel was exceptional, 3 stars hotel with 5 stars service and facilities, the view from the restaurant is overlooking the petra site, the room was so clean and wide, the hotel owner Ali was soo helpful, he managed to meet all our needs, we had special occasion and he made sure to make everything in perfect way. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant, “Shams” he always managed to make us satisfied and happy with the food and service.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in a great central location, close to many bars and restaurants as well as the entrance to Petra. The rooms are extremely comfortable, tidy and clean, for those who need to stay a few nights it is perfect as they will not have to bring hairdryers, towels and soaps with them as they are supplied. The price also includes a rich breakfast where a wide variety of sweet and savory foods is available. Breakfast takes place on the fourth floor of the structure, in a very comfortable room with a spectacular view of Wadi Musa. Being a smoker, I also really appreciated the presence of a smoking room. They also offer the availability of a shuttle service active during the day to accompany you to the entrance of Petra. The owner was extremely kind and immediately made us feel at home. Even though we had arrived a couple of hours ahead of check-in , they still gave us the rooms without charging us a supplement. On the last day we wanted to see Little Petra, the owner kindly called us a taxi and allowed us to leave our luggage beyond the check out time. What can I say... we met wonderful people who really helped us a lot and made our stay in Wadi Musa really pleasant. If I will ever return I will opt for this hotel again. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Everything! The very cosy interior of the lobby, the hallways, our room. The magnificent view over the city and the mountains behind it. The absolutely generous breakfast, and the view from there over the whole city. The friendliness of the staff: you couldn't ask them anything wrong, they always give you a big smile and good advice. And the man at the reception, Rashid, made my twins birthday a day they will never forget!

Exceptional stay! this hotel is in the center of wadi musa and the perfect location to explore the town. Jawad welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door and was so friendly and helpful. He recommended many restaurants, helped us with laundry and was always available to answer and questions we had. he made our stay very memorable. If you’re visiting Petra, stay here!

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The host was very friendly and hospitable. He drove me to and from the Petra Visitor Center the two days I was here. He gave me recommendations on where to eat in Wadi Musa and recommendations on how to get around Petra. The rooms themselves were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good and has very good portions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
