VERY GOOD BLACKOUT CURTAINS. The room is clean and orderly. The building is new and everything is renovated properly. There is good parking off of the roadway if you have a vehicle. Quiet area, safe, lots of options for grocery or restaurants, but the restaurant downstairs is exceptional and has great breakfast. You can pay with the desk or at the restaurant for breakfast, 2500TG. Restful stay, with normal clients. Other people staying here are families or single tourists. My favorite thing was it was clean and good condition and affordable.

Basically everything was good, I don't have complaints. It is in the newer area of town so if that's for you that's cool. Whatever extra requests we had, they accommodated.

Very spacious, good choice for family stay, walkable distance to all nearby shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bus stops, very close to money exchange, hotel is very calm , neat n clean, staff is very helpful and spontaneous.

No lift, shower water has absolutely no pressure, no hot water control ( mixer) - if going out need to plan well before as more members in room need to use washroom n bathroom , due to Low/no water pressure consumes more time to fresh up.

They allowed us to do early check in. We had an upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. The breakfast was served in the apartment. The location is convenient. It is close to shops, restaurants, cafes. It has parking. The place is quiet depite being in a central location.

Staff very reactive. Every time I asked for something I got it delivered to my room in less than 5mn. The hotel is less than 30 mn driving from the bottom of the ski resort.

Most of the Receptionists don't speak English. We needed to use Google translate. And also that there was no lift and no one to help with the luggage.

Ok this place is in a quiet yard. Security key with safe in room. Air Conditioning. I’d recommend this place and I would stay there again. It’s about 5km to central downtown or old town. Curtains really blacked out the room - which was great when you really only want a good nights sleep. Fridge in room. Yea and electric kettle in room. Ironing facilities in corridor.

As always. A nice hotel with spacy rooms and a very good steak restaurant next to the hotel.

Breakfest only from 8:00H and upwards possible.

The staff are great and helped me a lot, especially Potta and Rhal. If I am spelling their names correctly, great thanks to them and other staff.

They have a restaurant inside the compound called Steak Master. Rooms are clean and have money exchange and other facilities close by. Family friendly and they have a 24/7 front desk. Helpful staff to arrange the extra bed and all.

Need to fix the enclosure door in bathroom .

Everything was clean and neat. The location is great, you can get anywhere you need. There are several bus stops nearby.
