I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Garden Park Inn for seven nights and I was throughly impressed with my experience. Clean and spacious room with fair price, hot water available all the time, kinda nice view, they helped me for early check-in with a reasonable charge and gave me a high floor as I requested. Staff is mostly young and friendly, making communication much easier, also some staff knew Turkish which made me surprised. Overall; excellent stay with welcoming staff. During our Kazakhstan travel, we stayed in 4 different hotel in Almaty and the Garden Park Inn was one of them. The rooms are clean and the double room was spacious enough for an adult with 2 small kids. Location is good, parking is free and breakfast is tasty as well. The price we paid was reasonable compared to other options in Almaty. It’s a decent option if you are in Almaty for a few days.

Strangely and different to all other places we stayed in during our Kazakhstan trip, part of the staff was rather unfriendly and rude. Tried to go to the gym but left after 2 minutes because the equipment is of such poor quality. It’s probably worth paying 15-20 % more for which you can find more luxurious hotels in Almaty.

The location is good, 10 minutes walk to metro, and there are several bus lines. 10 minutes walk to Forum shopping center with a big supermarket. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very good both taste and variety. We have dinner in the same restaurant, food quality is good, we like the rib eye steak, for price is reasonable, worth to try. Staff attitude and helpfulness is not the same standard, our stay of 4 days, first 2 days the girl in the front desk is very helpful, polite and with smiles. The last 2 days the girl at the front desk is not helpful nor any smiles, we simply wanted to change some small bank notes but couldn’t get response.

Throughout our 4 nights’ stay, the housekeeping not change the bedding, it usually change the bedding on the 3rd day for standard hotels. The housekeeping did not change nor clean the glasses and cups in our room throughout 4 nights Even worse, we did ask the front desk for the above on the 4th day, but nothing happened, they simply ignored my request. This is quite disappointing. Because overall it is a very good hotel, don’t let the housekeeping standard let down the grade, and don’t let unhelpful staff push the potential guest away.

Excellent service, hotel is very comfortable, great location not far from the business and financial center of Almaty. Rooms are spacious, equipped with all necessary for comfortable stay and work. Breakfast is excellent, good choice for all tastes. Also, a sauna downstairs and a small pool is great.

WiFi connections in some rooms is weak. Also, the bath needs some refreshment. Finally, sometimes it took 5-7 minutes for the hot water to appear in the tap. Not critical but unpleasant.

Comfortable and spacious room, equipped with everything you need. The cleaning service is daily and of high quality, and the hotel is overall very clean. Upon check-in, I requested a room with windows facing the courtyard, and my request was granted (even-numbered rooms are on the inner side of the building, where it is quieter). Once, there was a 30-minute power outage, but the hotel is equipped with a diesel generator, so the disruption went unnoticed. Considering their attractive prices, I can confidently recommend this hotel for business trips.

The room was spacious, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location was amazing—close to everything you want to see, with a mall just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast options were good, providing a solid start to the day. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Ms. Meera at reception. She was kind, empathetic, and really understood the guests' needs. She helped us arrange a city tour and even went out of her way to help me recover my phone after I accidentally left it in the lobby. Exceptional customer service—thank you, Ms. Meera!"

Nothing much as such , Just the Exhaust fan was making cranky noise in washroom , Big tub in washroom can be issue to enter for short people.

The hotel is incredibly cozy and immaculate. I’ve stayed here twice, and each visit was a truly delightful experience. Its prime location near the city center and the delicious breakfast offerings make it a perfect choice. Special thanks to Bahyt and Ardena for their exceptional support, which made my stay in Almaty even more memorable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends!

The room was very clean and a generous size. housekeeping and reception staff were very responsive and helpful. Location was fine also although we took Yandex taxi most of the time which were inexpensive.

It was very unusual to be charged for ice at the bar, which we wanted to take up to our room. The cost was small but is it really necessary to fee - don’t think I’ve ever paid for ice anywhere else I’ve stayed

The check in and check out process was a breeze. The breakfast spread was good and the hotel is centrally located, a 5 minutes drive from Dostyk Plaza/ Dostyk Avenue. It comes with all required amenities including a 24 hours room service and bar. The rooms were well maintained and clean. We were two families travelling to Almaty for the first time and had a plesant stay at Garden Park Inn.

The breakfast spread could be improved especially for vegetarians as the options were few.

Perfect stop-over location in Almaty - Almaty airport is 30-40 mins by taxi - for our transit through Almaty to South Korea, & to which we'd return because we plan on returning to Quazaqstan. All the facilities you'd expect from a large hotel, and generous sized rooms too. The staff are welcoming & helpful despite our lack of Quazaq & Russian, but Google Translate eases all that! They sorted a last-minute change, to accommodate a longer-than-expected 4WD tour we'd booked. The breakfast is spot-on, plenty of fruit & coffee amongst everything else on offer. You're just a 10min walk from The Forum shopping complex with indoor & outdoor restaurants, and take the nearby tube for an experience which London Underground should take lessons from - modern carriages, air-conditioning, clean, ordered.
