I liked the flexibility of the staff to meet one's needs. The property is also situated not far from the center of the city.

It's not easy to find property as the location is slightly awkward (uphill). The room was a little bit smelly of bathroom and sockets were not positioned well (so I had to play around with devices). On the 4th floor somehow my laptop wasn't able to catch the wi-fi, so I had to go down to the Registration desk to get full access. Regarding cleaning of the room it is initially mentioned in the Note that you can use the services whenever you need those, so I was somewhat ok with that.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Comfortable and warm room. Dated decor but good value for money. (Of course there are more luxurious but costly hotels nearby). Communicate with G Translate , wifi all OK

Elevator was not working on first day but fixed the next. Rooms, decor are dated, room smelt a bit musty but didn't bother me too much. Room cleaning not daily but no problem for me, I am a clean/tidy guest 😇

Although on the booking.com it was mentioned that breakfast was included, but at the hotel they weren't providing any included breakfast. This was the only issue that booking.com should update it during the advertising this property. The rest good and particularly the staff at the hotel were cooperative and friendly.

We arrived at 8 in the morning tired. They did not accept to hand over the rooms until after giving them money for a full day of reservation. It is very bad that paying the amount of a full night for some hours, knowing that I booked two rooms for two weeks.

Amazing value for the money. Modern rooms with Soviet vibes, authentic affordable food available for room service almost 24/7 (just two hours break at 4am-6am), nice location in the city centre

Took us a while to find the building for the first time. The room was not perfectly soundproof

Good short stay in Almaty, the location is very good. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good, and the room had a lot of light.

The entrance is a bit uncomfortable, but I guess they cannot change that as the building is what it is. Be ready for the gold and shiny decor!

Good location, helpful staff, professional administration and a good hot shower. The hotel kindly allowed us to keep our bags in the room a few hours early.

The mattress was a bit old and we could feel the springs, slightly uncomfortable.

Washroom was clogged . Water didn't go and floor was very slippery . Everyday we had to make a request at the reception for cleaning the room. The staff weren't that friendly .
