The hotel is in a very good location. We booked the room without window and it was perfectly fine because you have the option to switched on the aircond if you feel stuffy. Breakfast was good too with many choices and different hot dishes on different days.

The pictures shown in their hotel descriptions are all with windows. Therefore do not expect it to look anything like that when you book rooms with no windows. The tap and shower will give you either very hot water or very cold water. It didn't have a good warm water flow due to it's tap system. The lobby is not a lobby because it was just a counter and definitely did not suit the name PREMIUM.

It was great value and very clean. I was very impressed by this aspect. One member of staff was reasonably friendly on reception but others were not so and not efficient.

Many of the staff lacked a friendliness and efficiency. On my lady day I faked if we could book a taxi for just past midnight. She said they would go if and I asked if it were possible for wake up call (even though I would set 2 alarms on my phone) She said she would and clearly just wanted to get rid of me. When I asked if she knew my room number, she didn’t, so couldn’t have called me. I gave her the number but actually didn’t get the call. It would be improved if staff said good morning/afternoon as appropriate as they never acknowledged guests going in or out.

The location is central and convenient to major city attractions.

1. The cold/hot water pressure is not regulated it switches to Hot and Cold randomly to the extreme you can either freeze or get burned. 2. The wifi is terrible it keeps on dropping and doesn’t have enough speed they can definitely improve it. 3. The receptionist at one of the night was so unprofessional. In asked my key card is not working he came along with a master key card and opened the door and entered my room after unlocking it I was having some snacks he ate it without asking and was getting in personal space. I asked him to just leave. Later on while checking out he was asking for tips. I would say the hotel should check on the staff they are hiring and how they behave on duty.

Everything was really great. The room was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and nicely furnished. We especially appreciated the bathrobes, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, and overall we were really happy with everything.

The only small downside was the street noise, as our room faced a busy road. Of course, I understand that this isn’t something the hotel can fully control, but perhaps in the future, it could be helpful to provide earplugs in rooms on the street side.

Mildom Premium Hotel is conveniently located in the Center of Almaty with just a few minutes walk to Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, Ascencion Cathedral, and the Green Bazaar. The hotel itself is quiet, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed hot showers and restful and cozy sleeps at night. Wifi is strong, fast and reliable. Breakfast was served next door in the Mildom Hotel cafe. The breakfast served every morning was prepared tasty and fresh and had good variety. The staff are cheerful, helpful and spoke good english. They gave me helpful tips and directions to some things I needed when I arrived. Great job! Thank you for the great service. I’m coming back on my next visit to Almaty!

Not really a concern for me but for the sake of people who might have difficulties, the hotel currently doesn’t have a lift. Also, there were a few times when during shower, the water can just go from freezing to scalding so just be aware. I’m sure it can be addressed.

I stayed two nights in a standard double room at the Mildom Premium Hotel as well as two nights in the Mildom Hotel, next to eachother. In my modest view, there is no difference between both hotel(room)s, both are equally good and with an excellent price - quality ratio. Very centrally located, very close to public transport (bus (also directly to the airport) and underground), kind and helpfull staff, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and bedlinen, good shower/bathroom and very extensive (though not rather tasteful !) breakfast (which - for both hotels - is served in the Mildom Hotel). Overall: well-worth a stay!

Only small minor points: no elevator (four floors) and sometimes unstable internet connection. Most receptionists do hardly understand/speak English, but are trying ...

This was probably the most comfortable matress and pillow in all my trips, 100+ bookings all over the world - my bad back really appreciates that! Excellent location in the city center, near the subway station and everything. Daily cleaning including towel changes. Very friendly staff. Tasty and diverse breakfast.

This is not about the hotel but about the hotel's restaurant. I had a trip arranged very early in the morning, so I asked for a takeaway breakfast in a lunchbox. They prepared a lunchbox for me - but when I had time to open it, there was no cutlery! How am I supposed to eat porridge without a spoon or scrambled eggs without a fork? I could only eat a muffin and had to throw away the rest.

✓ I used to stay at Mildom before renovation and I can highlight overall improvement, which impressed me. It definitely became cozier; ✓ location is superb; ✓ BREAKFAST is PERFECT!!!!!!!!!! ✓ Room Service of the partner -restaurant is PERFECT: quickly & delicious; ✓ helpful staff; ✓ I loved huge pillows!!! ✓ succulents around the premises.

✓ could be cleaner inside of the wardrobe where the tubes go; ✓ the view from my window was onto the backyard...yet, I found some romance in living almost on the roof. It can't be changed. Just accepted, what I did. ✓ inconvenient to work at the desk as the arm- chair's in the corner, and there's little space for it between the bed & the desk. Yet, if a laptop when just sitting, it can be adaptable. ✓ there was fluctuations in shower water supply: either too hot, or too cold. But I appreciated it as a contrast mode, which enhances the organism systems. ✓ quite noisy cleaning.

Location is great which is near everything and 15minutes away from tourist spots by car/taxi like Shymbulak Ski, Kok Tobe,etc. Staff were super amazing and accommodating specially Alisher and Ayagoz ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room facilities are clean and spacious. Value for money 👌🏻

Water heater is kinda weird, it goes extremely hot then turning automatically to cold in few seconds. Hoping to have more control on that instead of automatically changing. Hotel entrance is always slippery which is a safety issue for customers specially during winter season. ❄️

The hotel was centrally located in Almaty. The staff kindly carried our luggage up to our room on arrival. The room was very spacious. The bed was huge! Very clean and tidy. We appreciated the city view and the refrigerator. Breakfast was served in the adjacent building. A wide selection of choices. Our flight was late at night and he hotel allowed us to leave our luggage until nearer the time of departure.

There was nothing we didn't like and nothing we would rate the hotel down for. However, customers need to be aware that the steps into the building are VERY slippery during winter. For overseas visitors, it would be helpful to have information about what the foods are on offer at breakfast, including allergens. The breakfast was vaired nad nicely presented. Being coeliac and vegetarian, it was difficult to ascertain what i was able to eat.
