The apartment was perfect for one person. I felt very safe, and it was a very quiet and private flat. The kitchen had everything I needed (thank you for the microwave!), and a grocery store was five minutes away. The location was fantastic, as I could walk to most of the tourist destinations I wanted to see. The business owner went above and beyond, booking a tour to Kolsai and Kandai Lakes for me and then driving me to and from the pickup location for the bus. Although there was no washing machine in this particular apartment, the business offered a reasonably priced laundry service, and my clothes were returned within 24 hours, clean and ironed.

There was no washing machine, but I didn't ask about one. It was a minor inconvenience. Lessor Apartments has flats with washing machines, and I will request one of them next time.

Very organized staff, responsive communication, location is AMAZING! Internet is fast enough for work video calls. Large room.

As it is an apartment (and not a hotel) it would be good if they have a few more basics (especially since people are booking an apartment and not a hotel) - toilet paper, oil for cooking, etc, bath liquid soap, etc. I wouldn't expect these things in a hotel but i do expect a bit more basic supplies in an apartment and that's been the case every other apartment i stayed in. However, would stay again

The location, the apartment, the facilities and the helpful staff. The host responded to all my queries and messages instantly. They even placed presents in the apartment after noticing that it was my birthday. Such a heart warming touch.

The security code for the gates were an issue for us as it wasn't working multiple times and even the host couldn't help us even though he tried. We had to wait for other people to pass at night so that we can enter.

Great apartment, spacious, comfortable, and clean, with wonderful, friendly and courteous hosts. Communication was clear, check-in was easy, and the hosts were very responsive to any issues or requests (ex quickly fixing the WiFi on the first day). The kitchen is well supplied with everything needed, and many shops are nearby. The location is perfect, central, and right next to the lovely walking street. This could be a disadvantage for some, as the windows look out onto a busy area. But I found it fun and immersive, and I think most would share that opinion. The blinds offer good privacy, day or night, and it is well sound proofed. I highly recommend, and hope to stay again!

Location is great, at the enhance of Zhibek Zholy street, the most happening place in the city. The price is good comparing to other options in the same area. And the apartment is spacious.

No soaps and shampoos. I had an early checkout and gave a time to the manager, and since she was waiting, i had to leave and wait on the street for my driver. I guess this is the case with all the apartments, and it’s not really a deal breaker.

The location is perfect and the apartment is very nice and pretty. The host was very helpful.

The wifi was really bad, at some point I just had to use my phone's internet, because otherwise it was impossible to do anything.

Quiet and convenient location. Felt safe at all times. Staff worked very hard to communicate with me despite language challenges and were able to assist with travel from airport and extending the stay by one night.
