Very good location, value for money hotel. Comfortable stay. Staff could be more courteous and helpful. My cards were not working as they only had tap option, i paid for one night and the security deposit and requested reception staff to allow me to pay the second night the next day as i was short on cash. But the staff at reception did not agree as if i will run away the next day and insisted to pay in full for the entire stay. I had to call for help from one of my family friends. This was a sour moment in my experience, otherwise the experience overall was good.

MILDOM Express is a great choice due to its excellent location, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Additionally, there is a large shopping mall nearby, which is a great bonus for both convenience and entertainment. However, it's worth noting that some rooms do not have windows, and this detail is not mentioned in the price list. While these windowless rooms aren't necessarily worse, if you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, I would recommend choosing one with a window. Rooms with windows offer more sunlight and a fresher atmosphere, which can enhance your overall experience.

Excellent location, walking distance from Arbat Street and Mega Park Mall and a short distance from Panfilov park. They provided packed breakfast, good variety and also with decent salads for vegetarians in our group. Overall very good value for the price and location. Staff was very pleasant and courteous and they checked us in smoothly even at 530 am.

The rooms were very small, no place was available for dining or eating in, nor a place to have breakfast, only packed breakfast. which meant that it was always served cold.

Location is 10/10. Less than 5 min walk to mall/shops/restaurants etc. The room is clean and bed is comfy. Staff is helpful and allowed storage of bags before check in which gave us opportunity to enjoy our short trip in Kazakhstan.

Just on the last day, the water heater was not working so we had to take the cold shower! Staff said that it would be fixed at around 10 am but I cannot wait until that time to shower. Pro tip, manual water heating!

It’s in the city . 20minutes walking distance Zhibek Zholy Metro Station and other tourist attractions. The receptionist is so kind. They always let us leave the luggage in the reception for us to going out for eat

Only the Wi-Fi is too slow . Sometimes it’s not working

Girls at the reception were very kind and patient, as we arrived enough late like at 3 am. It was clean and there were everything we need even nice bar. The location was also nice, there are 24/7 shops nearby, so we could have our too late dinner at 3am. We have left our luggage until evening for free.

We stayed just one night, I we didn’t see anything negative.

If you're looking for a hotel near Mega Mall, this is a great option. The location is unbeatable, and the staff are all very welcoming and speak fluent English. The room was very comfortable and everything was in good working order. I also liked having access to the free drinking water machine in the lobby, which was super convenient.

WiFi is very not good enough to use. I have to use my own hotspot during my stay.

the bathroom don't have fans ……OMG, or it was broken……it's hot at winter but it's cold when i open the window（LOL）,actually the problem is the window near the street,it's too much noise but,totally, it's fine

Quiet, clean, good comfortable room size, wardrobe, kettle with a table for putting food and drinks, dated exterior but rooms are quite new and nicely renovated, near to mall and bus stops

Hot water comes after a very long while so you will have to waste a lot of water
