We liked the Hotel ambience and the Bar Restaurant Breakfast . The cleanliness of the Hotel was awesome.

We did not liked the system of making payment for the stay on arrival. Secondly we did not liked the system of asking us to pay immediately after Breakfast. We didn't like that we had to ask now and then to charge bill to our room. We did not like that your Reception swapped my card without my consent and blocked money for another room for which we had deposited the security amount in an Envelope equal to 300$. We did not like that No apology or any complimentary things were provided to us until I had a conversation with FnB Manager Mr Tamer.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. They guided us to places to visit and helped us change rooms when we wanted more space with our kids. Location is very cental and easy to walk around, with a big mall just opposite to it. The view is not bad too, you can see the mountains.

The breakfast needs more variety and the coffee machine needs to make the coffee hotter (it comes out lukewarm). We expected to have shattafs in the bathrooms (it's a must)

Hotel staff friendliness Farid at the reception was very patient and explained us the way around the place. The check in was super smooth and the staff are really good and prompt though some sections of the hotel near the lobby are under renovation.

The look decor and look of the reception area seems old and a bit run down. Perhaps it's being renovated. The carpeting in the rooms and outside the passageway seems very old. The breakfast buffet options are more suited for Chinese travellers with soups, fried rice, chicken and noodles.

everything was fine - amenities, service, stay. Bartender Aisultan from the bar - coolest guy ever!

carpets in the room looked like they have seen some sh*t, but were cleaned usually. very few wall outlets - had to buy extender to charge all teh gadgets (we had 6 in total). but one of the extenders was provided by lobby - so that helped.

Breakfast was quite good, Location was nearly 30 minutes by walking, There were a bar and a mall to close to the hotel,

The hotel has a great location across the Forum Mall & walking distance of a few restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean with housekeeping staff prompt in cleaning the rooms every day. The reception staff was helpful with taxi booking. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with cereals, porridge, eggs, sausages, bread, bakery items, juices, milk and tea being there every day along with the accompaniments like butter, jams and other spreads.

The language was a major problem with most of the staff not being able to communicate in English. However, they used translator to communicate or answer the query. The restaurant service was a bit laid back.

Cleaning ladies were smoking while they were cleaning near rooms. As I understand all floor was smoking rooms, when neighbor rooms smokes, you can smell it.

Restaurant was quite nice; Staff were very friendly; did great job!

Interior is a bit weary; Needs to be updated or renovated; especially the bathroom

Breakfast was fine. Warming trays could have kept food warmer (cold scrambled eggs aren't appealing) Staff kept everything well stocked and were very professional.

Great location, most helpful staff, Tamar was great, so were the other front desk staff. Bar service and Resturant needs more choice in the menu.

Bar expects cash payments even for the hotel guests staying for four nights, a bit strange arrangement. Otherwise good.
