Good location opposite a large shopping centre. The room was spacious and clean. The aircon worked well, but it was a little noisy. Additional bathroom on the corridor was a nice bonus,. It's a good choice for people on the budget in a very overpriced location.

The hotel needs a little bit more of the maintenance, especially the bathroom. The sink was cracked and the shower not properly mounted to the wall. No one at the reception when we were checking out despite using the bell several times. Not sure why they have 4*. The hotel doesn't look that great imo, but maybe I missed something.

The hotel is nice , spacious rooms, I would rate it as upscale . Right infront of massive shopping mall. Very easy to reach. Stuff is friendly and fast. I would definitely pick it again in another visit. Many 24/7 options near by from restaurants, cafes and small markets.

Hot water needs some time to start, so you need to run the water for like 10 minutes to get it hot, specially for rooms far at the end of the corridors .

Ideally located within a shopping complex and fitness centre with conveniences such as ATM, hairdresser, pharmacy, phone accessory shop, grab & go food etc. Two eateries within the same compound - a Turkish restaurant and a cafe. Just across the road is a huge & high end shopping mall with many food outlets, well stock supermarket, a bank and many international branded goods outlets. The reception staff are able to communicate in English and are very helpful and friendly. A 2-minute walk from the hotel is a money changer, and shops selling food products such as chocolates, cheese, yoghurt, coffee, snacks etc. Kok Tobe, the world’s tallest TV tower above sea level, located within a recreation park and a cable ride up, is just about 20 min walk from the hotel. Many restaurants and cafes along the way too. Just 20-30 minutes ride to the airport.

The internet is good, the staff are polite and the rooms are clean and well prepared for guests. Definitely worth the money.e

I always stay in EURASIA when in Almaty. Location is perfect for all my needs specially Dostyk plaza.

Hotel may need to take out old over use towels. Bottle of water in the room will be good as standard in every hotel.

Everything really. I was looking for a hotel nearby the consulate for a few days trip for visa. The hotel was clean, staff was helpful and everything else is good too. Highly recommend
