Super comfy beds and very clean. Nicely decorated rooms, hotel looks modern and new. Location near Botanical garden and close to restaurants and cafes. Nice swimming pool and sauna. Decent breakfast, not super many choices, but plenty for everyone. Pretty view on the mountains from the restaurant.

Could be nicer with a bigger bathroom. Rooms with mountain view very hot. Rooms on the other side slightly cold. Complicated airconditioning system which we couldn’t figure out. Gym was okay-ish, but no possibility to open window and let fresh air in. Also no water dispensers at the gym/sauna. Resraurant staff were nice. Staff at the reception were okay, but didn’t feel very welcoming or interested. There was one girl who was kind and happy to help, others didn’t seem to care too much and we felt like we bother them with questions. For a hotel of this price I would expect a bit more smiling and service minded attitude.

I absolutely loved the place I had a breakfast at, because I could see the hills from the terrace. The breakfast was very delicious, I had everything I wanted, eggs, meat, cheese, fruits, joghurt and there was a coffee machine. I had a PERFECT coffee every morning. The towels were changed each day. I've got the complimentary fruit plate the first day I've got check in. The staff was very friendly and helped me all the questions.

Excellent hotel, comfortable quiet room, breakfast / dinner hall at upper floor with great view. Reception people very kind and available 24/7. Just 5 minutes walking from the Atakent Expo Center.

All good, maybe some more attention to the breakfast buffet, some dishes (like brioches..) were not replaced when finished. Expensive spa services.

Loved the room, very comfortable. Restaurant was nice and staff was friendly.

Since we are vegetarians, we couldn't find enough options other than fruits and bread to consume during breakfast. Swimming pool was not kid friendly, very deep. We would have liked if there were basic skincare products provided.

It is a hotel above the Scandic hotels standard. Excellent sauna and pool.

The only thing I didn't like were sharp corners of the frame around the bed. I did scratch my legs several time when walked around, twice I scratched myself until I bleed. I needed to cover the corners with towels, only like this we walked comfortably around.

Our room 506 was very clean and well-organized. TV works well, we had dental kid, clean towels and slippers in the bathroom. Our bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was good enough - Turkish style. It’s a good value for money. We enjoyed the terrace at 9th floor. Amazing view.

The staff was highly responsible and efficient. When I offered to leave a tip, they kindly suggested that, if I was satisfied with their service, I could write a review about the hotel instead.

Overall great place, but the heating was off so ot was cold in the room.
