🌟 Wonderful Stay at Cozy Stead! I had a fantastic experience at Cozy Stead. The location is perfect—close to the Village Market, which made exploring the area super convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff truly stood out with their helpfulness and warm smiles, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. A special shoutout to Edda, who went above and beyond by arranging a safari tour for me on very short notice—she’s simply the best! The breakfast was also a highlight: tasty, fresh, and a great way to start the day. I will definitely choose to stay at Cozy Stead again and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Kenya. 🌿🦓

The location, the garden & the hospitality were exceptional. The receptionist was nice enough to let me wait in the garden after checkout while I waited for my friend to come by, no questions asked. The hotel and its walkable surroundings are the highlight of my visit, the peace & quiet really felt like I'm on a relaxing excursion for once. To think I booked this last minute too!

Bed cleaning needs some work. The bathroom would also benefit from a shower curtain so the water won't overflow out of the shower.

The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to help us with everything. Esther in particular was brilliant. I also particularly loved the garden, and the ability to work outside on the patio amongst the birds!

I'd say the only thing to improve would be for the breakfast, for vegetarians to be able to more clearly state that they don't want meat, otherwise it goes to waste when they are given sausages!

The place was exactly what the name said cozy. The staff was very nice and pleasant the place was very clean. everything worked well the grounds was well kept. would definately recommend to friends family and coworker.

well just the ally was dark in the night so maybe more lights if you walking in from the mall.

The staff were all lovely, the service was great, and the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Location was also excellent, walking distance from the UN.

The walls are paper thin. Even with earplugs and white noise on my phone, it still sounded like the live music on Friday night was coming from the foot of my bed.

The location is excellent,very quiet, walking distance to the village market,IOM,,and only 4 mins to the US embassy.The breakfast was awesome. The staff were very welcoming...I would recommend a future stay and refer friends and family.

The door of the bathroom didn't close from outside.there was light from the bathroom door , coming from the outside lighting.i know this can be fixed.

This place was exactly as advertised - cozy! You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into the hotel design/arrangements and keeping their facilities in good shape. The rooms are not huge but I felt that I had all the space I needed. A great place to stay for work stints in Nairobi, especially if you work near the UN compound. I especially enjoyed the terrace, and the chicken and chips I ate really hit the spot. The staff were also extremely accommodating and kind.

This place is exactly what the name says: a cozy place to stay whilst in Nairobi. The staff are all incredibly friendly and kind. The airline lost my luggage on my way to Nairobi, and wasn't giving any updates, so Esther, from the front desk at Cozy Stead called to track it down and have it delivered.

Breakfast service in the morning can be quite slow, but then again, you're in Kenya, so you just have to say Hakuna Matata.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When i needed help with transportation they were happy to help me. The property was silent and easy for to work even at night or early morning. I had the best time at the property as they was closer to my meeting venue. I would go back to stay there everytime i travel to Nairobi.

The service is excellent, always smiling, always kind, always helpful. Amazingly exceptional. Lovely, caring, just fantastic. The garden is very nice as well. The bathroom in the room is very modern in a European style. Everything was extremely clean, and well looked after.

At times, the volume of some guests arriving late (3am - 4am) was kind of loud... They woke me up in several occasions.... Not nice if you have to wake up early the next day to work and deal with important meetings....
