I loved the location, the peace and quiet it provided was what I needed as well as the provision of privacy. The staff were kind and ready to assist like John from the restaurant, all the receptionists on duty during my stay and the gentlemen doing the room cleaning. The resort was well kept and rooms extremely clean. I can't rave enough about the food. It was excellent. Thank you for the great experience. I look forward to going back again.

The members of staff were fabulous, very respectful and were always ready to assist. The food was well cooked, laid down and well served. The resort is located in a very strategic location, quiet and not far from Nairobi capital and as well is easy to access.

The water factor - it's colour, flow and temperature especially in the bathrooms needs to be adjusted properly. The other issue was wifi, it was not always great.

- Good quiet location away from city noise yet not very far from Nairobi city. - Resort is well maintained , clean and comfortable offering a pleasant stay. - 24 hour restaurant/coffee shop is a bonus especially if travelling at odd hours

Event and Conferencing facilities intergrated within the Resorts grounds can create a distraction and event activities might hinder with your stay.

The friendly and helpful staff, very respectful and treat with courteous. The food is awesome at the resort with an awesome chef who make sure that you are served a perfect meal. The hotel and room facility is comfortable n clean.

More bottle drinking water is needed as water from tap may not be safe for drinking.

I was really impressed by everything about the hotel,it felt like a home away from home,the reception was so professional, especially a lady by the name Stellamaris Nkavindu(receptionist)you made our stay feel heavenly,may God bless you.this is a place l shall visit more and more and l can recommend anyone else to go experience what l did.

The solitude of the place with a very warm staff was an unforgettable experience. The green lawns and ambience was really welcoming and calming at the same time .

Slight issues with maintenance of the rooms were seen but were rectified on pointing out . There was not a significant drawback overall .

Everything: From the lively and welcoming staff to the facility itself, plus it's a few Shillings to the city centre, making it peaceful—off the city clamour—for those who need such.

If anything, it's out-weighed by the value of services given.
