The receptionist was so kind and make everything easy for me . The rooms are so comfortable, feels like home away . My view from my room was breathtaking, love loved my stay 💯 and l enjoyed the club at the basement that’s so cool 😎

The service of the hotel is a bit slow, and the food in the main restaurant can be improved.

Great hotel with nice garden boosting a Skywalk through the canopy and a nice swimming pool area. Felt like newly built. and very well maintained Great food at the restaurant. They offered me extended late check out when I showed them that on my booking it was not specified that free late check out was only until 14.00 as they claimed. I could stay until 18.00 at no extra cost that suited me well as I had a late flight. Appreciated it a lot. Although being located basically in front of a very poor neighborhood it felt very safe due to the solid security procedures and staff.

The bar did not serve fresh juices which is a pity given the tropical setting. The staff at the reception did not communicate good with each other, resulting in poor customer experience overall Aslo, this feels like an hotel oriented to business customer. I would not trust them again with arrangement of turistic activities or transfer as they failed completely on this front. Both overpriced and low quality. As an example, standard tour operator offer the experience dinner at the famous restaurant Carnivore plus pick up and drop off from your hotel at 60 USD, They charge 80 USD only for the pick-up and Drop off! The safari they arranged was poorly planned and executed.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at! The gorgeous Sylvia at reception helped me throughout and was a welcoming, helpful face for the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable! The room is so beautifully done and comfortable. The gym is the best hotel gym I've ever used and the other facilities were an amazing extra on a beautiful set up location! Other amazing staff to mention was John from the restaurant, helpful bag handler -Phillip and the lovely Beatrice in the spa ( a great treatment)

This hotel really stands out for its amazing customer service and super friendly staff who went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The place is spotless, and dining here was a treat, with tasty food served in an elegant atmosphere that totally matches the high-end experience. On top of the fantastic rooms, the hotel offers great value for what you get, especially with all the luxurious amenities. The spa was a real highlight — I had a facial and body massage that were so much better than the ones I have. The smooth airport transfers added a nice touch of convenience.

Wow. This place is undeniably the superior hotel of choice in Nairobi. From the very first moment, you are treated with absolute professionalism from every member of the team. William, my room attendant, was impeccable, and his attention to detail was first class. But the true star of my stay was Esther. She spent her days at the poolside bar, ensuring that everything I requested was delivered with pure quality. Even making sure her colleagues understood my requirements on her day off. The slightest niggle. No minibar, despite a price list and requesting the stock to be replaced. However, I could order room service, but it just meant waiting for a drink rather than taking when wanted.

This is luxury hotel almost hidden in a busy area. However, once inside, it feels like the world outside doesn't exist anymore. The hotel is huge and qui imposing. I had a car, and although the hotel offers free parking, they also have free valet service. So I never knew where they parked my car since I had only used valet. Check-in was great and smooth, with warmed and welcome staff. I got a Junior Suite, which is quite big and full of amenities. I simply loved everything about the room, from the bed, the bathroom, the tv program and the speed Wi-Fi connection. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with various choices. There is a nice swimming pool that I have used which is enjoyable. Overall, great and luxury place to stay when you want to spoil yourself.

Nothing major, just that The "Do Not Disturb" Button from the room should work better. For some reasons, despite if being turned on when we wanted to have a chill morning in-room, the door bell kept ringing, not sure why or how... maybe it gets turned off automatically!

The hotel was beautifully designed, room was clean with comfortable bed and Smart TV. The best part are the staffs, courteous and professional ! Special thanks to Anne ( Assistant front desk Manager) , she took care of coordinating birthday surprises for my husband, decorating the room by housekeeping, birthday cake for dinner, kudos to Glow staffs for the lively birthday song. Anne also arranged for late check out. I am so pleased I chose Glee to unwind before our long flight to Canada. 😀😀👏👏

A Memorable Staycation at Glee Hotel We recently stayed at Glee Hotel for a family staycation, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel offers a beautiful and serene ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. From the thoughtfully designed spaces to the peaceful environment, it was a perfect getaway for relaxation and bonding. The food was absolutely amazing, exceeding our expectations in both quality and variety. Every meal felt like a treat, leaving us satisfied and excited for the next. In terms of comfort and cleanliness, Glee Hotel really delivered. The rooms and shared spaces were spotless, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. Security was also notably tight, which added to our peace of mind throughout the stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, beauty, and good food with a peaceful environment, I’d definitely recommend Glee Hotel. It was a lovely experience, and we’ll certainly be back!

Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a lovely surprise—flowers on the bed, which added a thoughtful and personal touch. The heated pool was a favorite for the kids. The hotel’s ambience was calm and inviting, with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating areas, lounges, and a variety of restaurants to suit everyone’s taste. The facilities were modern and well-equipped, with ambient lighting in the rooms and everything conveniently digitalized. The valet service was super convenient 👌 Overall, it was a fantastic 5-star experience, worth every penny. We’ll be back!
