The receptionist was so kind and make everything easy for me . The rooms are so comfortable, feels like home away . My view from my room was breathtaking, love loved my stay 💯 and l enjoyed the club at the basement that’s so cool 😎

This hotel really stands out for its amazing customer service and super friendly staff who went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The place is spotless, and dining here was a treat, with tasty food served in an elegant atmosphere that totally matches the high-end experience. On top of the fantastic rooms, the hotel offers great value for what you get, especially with all the luxurious amenities. The spa was a real highlight — I had a facial and body massage that were so much better than the ones I have. The smooth airport transfers added a nice touch of convenience.

This is luxury hotel almost hidden in a busy area. However, once inside, it feels like the world outside doesn't exist anymore. The hotel is huge and qui imposing. I had a car, and although the hotel offers free parking, they also have free valet service. So I never knew where they parked my car since I had only used valet. Check-in was great and smooth, with warmed and welcome staff. I got a Junior Suite, which is quite big and full of amenities. I simply loved everything about the room, from the bed, the bathroom, the tv program and the speed Wi-Fi connection. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with various choices. There is a nice swimming pool that I have used which is enjoyable. Overall, great and luxury place to stay when you want to spoil yourself.

Nothing major, just that The "Do Not Disturb" Button from the room should work better. For some reasons, despite if being turned on when we wanted to have a chill morning in-room, the door bell kept ringing, not sure why or how... maybe it gets turned off automatically!

Wow. This place is undeniably the superior hotel of choice in Nairobi. From the very first moment, you are treated with absolute professionalism from every member of the team. Everyone deserves a mention, but it's impossible to do so. Special thanks to everyone on the front desk. An amazing team who go above and beyond to facilitate your every need. William, my room attendant, was impeccable, and his attention to detail was first class. But the true star of my stay was Esther. She spent her days at the poolside bar, ensuring that everything I requested was delivered with pure quality. Even making sure her colleagues understood my requirements on her day off. The slightest niggle. No minibar, despite a price list and requesting the stock to be replaced. However, I could order room service, but it just meant waiting for a drink rather than taking when wanted.

Security was also notably tight, which added to our peace of mind throughout the stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, beauty, and good food with a peaceful environment, I’d definitely recommend Glee Hotel. It was a lovely experience, and we’ll certainly be back!

The hotel’s ambience was calm and inviting, with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating areas, lounges, and a variety of restaurants to suit everyone’s taste. The facilities were modern and well-equipped, with ambient lighting in the rooms and everything conveniently digitalized. The valet service was super convenient 👌 Overall, it was a fantastic 5-star experience, worth every penny. We’ll be back!

The hotel is super clean and modern. Real 5 star accommodation. However what really makes it is the staff, so welcoming genuine and friendly. From the Reception staff to the cleaners, the attitude and approach is the same, and very genuine. The pool area and gym were also top notch, the pool being heated makes it useable year round. Gardens, sky walk and a number of excellent restaurants on site completed the experience. Highly recommended

This hotel is beautiful, the facilities great. The staff kind. However it was clearly a new hotel. It needs more information available for the guests. There is poor communication between teams. Lots of miscommunication, mistakes and weird rules that would change from day to day. We took it lightly and laughed at how confusing the stay was. Again, it’s a beautiful hotel. The food is very overpriced, but that happens in luxury hotels.

The architect's design is absolute perfection, visually stunning and flawless. Moreover, the staff were truly exceptional, providing top-notch service and exceeding expectations. I'd like to extend special appreciation to Suzan, who took our food order even in the middle of the night, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Additionally, Rahab and Esther at the reception provided perfect services from start to finish. Their exceptional hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable!
