In the airport area. Convenient for travellers. probably a bit far from City Center. The personnel was very helpful. Nice amenities in both the rooms, and on the ground. I recommend.

If it appears very close to the airport on a map, or as a crow flies, by car it is still a bit far as you have to basically circumnavigate the whole airport. Take this in consideration if you plan to commute at rush hour.

My room was very large and spacious (but the other two rooms that were shared by 2 people each in my family were quite a bit smaller, so I guess it depends on what room you get). Staff was friendly and very helpful, even when I arrived after 1am.

Wifi was not always available and wasn't a super strong signal. Quite noisy from traffic and aircraft, was OK to sleep with ear plugs.

The gardens are beautiful, the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared usually.

There was a wifi problem during our stay , however it might not be something frequent. The hotel is somehow far from the city centre.

The welcome from all the staff members was exceptional. The location is in a quiet surrounding and I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Overall I did enjoy my stay at Fahari Gardens. The Staff honestly made the stay much more comfortable. They went to great extend to ensure my needs/visitors were met and where this wasn’t possible, they communicated. Thank you especially to the following people: Wilson and partner (who patiently waited for me at the airport) at the hotel: Angel, Evalyne and Josphat (Reception), Rochers and Akida (Restaurant), Ron (at the gym), the security men and the rest of the Fahari team ASANTE SANA.

During the stay, a few minor issues were: the hot water in the shower area got really hot and when mixed with cold water, then the cold water overtook and was difficult to get a balance of warm water, but we managed. The fridge wasn’t as cold as we had hoped, we thought after a night it would but during the end of the stay then it started to get to the right temperature. At the restaurant: the food my guests and I wanted to order was not available however the kitchen staff were able to communicate this and offer alternative choices.

He hotel is good, clean, delicious food, accepted, and the most importantly security very strong.

Breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful.

The internet worked but at times it was weak.

Only criticisms would be that the water pressure was low and no hot water one day. Also, it was quite a long way from the airport by car. The driver picked us up so that was fine, but it cost 20USD to get back to the airport.

The staff was kind and helpful (one way from/to the airport was free). The hotel was very good and we were sorry that we didn't have time to enjoy the pool and the restaurant. It is very close to the airport and the room was very good
