It was very spacious and the lobby had a cozy atmosphere. The rooms had everything we needed, were clean and minimalistic. I think it only took us 20 minutes to Little Tokyo by foot but there was a metro station and a bus station very close by as well. They also had an underground car park (which you have to pay for) but if you are very lucky, you can also find street parking.

In general all of the staff were very friendly to us! However, one person from our group had a small situation while checking-in. It was a female receptionist that kept on mispronunciation his name (which was no big deal at first) until another friend told her kindly that the name is pronounced differently (the Turkish C is pronounced J like in jeans, instead of a K). Instead of adapting or apologizing and laughing about it, she made a rude remark and continued to mispronounce his name on purpose. Everyone else was really nice and helpful and the mispronunciation can happen but it was her rude behavior in particular which I had to point out once more….

This is a great choice for a short trip where you plan to go sightseeing and not spending so much time at the hotel. The buffet breakfast has a great variety of options so I would definitely recommend it. The room was super spacious for 2 people and the shower was nice, everything was spot clean and modern. There aren't any options for restaurants at a walking distance so you may want to go to the center. The metro is a 5 min walk and central station is a 12 min walk.

If you are planning a more relaxing trip, I wouldn't recommend this hotel because it is super busy, there is not enough staff for check-in or at the Bar and since it gets crowded it can be loud in the morning. The staff could be nicer with the guests. We arrived at 2pm and there was already a queue to check in. When we tried to ask where the line was the lady in the front counter was a bit rude, so we just asked the people that were also waiting.

We liked the breakfast which had a lot of variety and on w/e it offers breakfast until 11:30am.The reception area was quite nice and one can sit in the day or evenings and have a drink or a pizza and its very cosy.The area of the Hotel was also good,just 1min walk from U bahn and 7min.walk to the central station.Very good!Staff of the hotel were all was very friendly and the room was also very nice and warm.

The coffee at the breakfast was not to our liking,u get it with those machines and it just was not good..The waiting time at the reception is just too long.People were always standing and waiting and it is a shame because the staff is really friendly.This hotel is really busy and maybe they should have more people there to help guests.The room was great and the bathroom was also spacious but when u showered the water went outside of the shower and the floor was really wet.Maybe if the door of the shower was a bit longer or closed completely it would be better.

It was a very quality breakfast, but it was the same daily. I understand that maybe I'm too picky, but I think adding a little bit of variety would be great. The quality of the room and the location are great. It is interesting how they try to create a kind of "home" atmosphere in the hotel rooms with interior design. Cleaning was done every day and was great.

The Wi-Fi speed was pretty bad. I guess many people stay because of the business, so it is essential to have a considerable internet speed. Also, I'd add variety to breakfast—for example, do three types of breakfast sets during the week, not the same every day. Otherwise, everything was great.

The rooms were nicely decored, tv with chromecast was easy to use, beds where really comfi and the showerhead had enough power. Breakfast had enough variety and tasted good. The parking was fully booked, but the alternative was stated and only costed 4 euros per day more. Staff was helpfull and fast check-out boxes was also positive.

Sundaymorning breakfast was extremly busy because of the christmasmarkets this year.. For walking convenience it is maybe an option for busy morning to have the coffee and drinks outside of the foodcorner? To spread it out a bit. We slept on the 6th floor and we heard some noise coming from upstairs, but sounded more like rattling heating pipes than other guests. When the parking is full, maybe put a sign further on the sidewalk instead of the entrance. This way you dont have to backwards with other cars already in line.

Downstairs by the reception, the hotel is designed with various nooks and spaces where you can work. Additionally, there is a bar connected to the reception, which is a nice place to relax. There is also a parking garage available. I read in the reviews that you had to pay for it, but parking turned out to be free.

I missed having a refrigerator in my room. I’m very used to having one in every hotel I stay at. As a result, I had nowhere to store my medications. This is particularly important for people with diabetes, who need to keep their insulin pens refrigerated.

New, beautiful, clean and modern designed room. Big and nice decorated bathroom with very good shower. Big and comfortable beds. Good view from our room. Very green surrounding, big garden with a lot of trees. Nice and comfortable sitting area at the lobby. Great location, easy to reach and very near to the city centre. Good price compare to other hotels in the same area. On-line check in & check out is easy and fast.

Parking fee is very expensive, 20 Euro per day. Very unfriendly receiptionist. The air-cond didn't function well, very hot in the night and could not sleep well.

I chose the hotel because of the location and the price. It was near the place I wanted to go to the next day. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and the room more then pleasant. The bed was comfy and very quite. The breakfast was really great. You could choose from sweet to savory, have fruits or salad.

The only thing I didn't like were the carpets in the hallways. When I got out the elevator to get to my room I was kind of shocked because I thought the room would be as filthy as the carpet was. Luckily the room did not have any carpet.

If you're traveling for work, they have a nice workspace and really reliable internet. The only thing is the workspace also has a foosball table and when people are playing it might be a bit difficult to take meetings. But apart from that, really great workspace!

Beds are a bit too soft for me that after a few days I started getting back aches. But this is more of a preference and not really anything terrible. One thing though is that the hotel is quite close to the train station and not in the center and in some early hours of the morning, there are some shady characters hanging out at the entrance of the hotel. Felt a bit unsafe.

Comfortable rooms, good faciiities, excellent breakfast

Check in procedure was terrible with nobody being allowed to check in before 3pm, even though most rooms were obviously ready (unless they can manage to mysteriously prepare every room in the hotel at exactly 3pm). I understand that this is the official time but there were around 30 people waiting in reception for up to 2 hours. Many (like myself) very tired from traveling. We were all made to wait and then everybody had to check in at the same time, making it an extremely lengthy process. I recommend the hotel shows more flexibility with times for this, in same way every other hotel I have stayed in around the world does. Apart from this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
