Nice location for a fair price

Weird shower location The sink and faucet design is horrible, can barely wash hands The floor wasn't very clean Some days you can ask for a room cleaning and it won't happen

We had a room in the garden and it was quiet. The aircon was great to have, the days were warm. Rooms were old but quite clean. Beds were really comfy, that was a great plus.

It was nice, that the hotel had parking garage, but it was quite small and tight even for VW T-cross.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always eager to assist with anything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location is also very convenient—just 4 metro stops from the city centre. Everything about our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. We would come back with plenty of pleasure next time!

Location is really good. Breakfast is average. Clean.

Parking garage is really bad, and super expensive for what it offers. Cars are parked at steep angle, garage is not accessible at all, it is hard to take stuff out of your car and it is high chance someone will scratch your car as parking places are small and narrow. This really should not be paid garage.

I was in town for an Adele concert and even though the hotel wasn't that close to the concert area, it was easy to get there by Underground. The hotel room was everything I hoped for after seeing the pictures – comfortable bed, clean, working AC. Also, I like the design and overall feeling of the hotel. Good energy. Very good value for money.

This is minor. There was a used/empty shampoo bottle in my bathroom, housekeeping started working on the floor at 8 am and it got a bit noisy, the electric kettle didn't work (or maybe I just couldn't make it work). The tap water tasted funny, not sure if it was drinkable. There was a free water bottle in the room, though.

Everything, the room was clean with comfortable beds, great shower, nice large TV. Staff on check in were fabulous! Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choice. Hotel is 300 m from the U Bahn for direct access to Marienplatz and other areas. Will definitely come back on our next visit to Munich

Nothing not to like.....

Fantastic location in Schwabing. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean and very comfortable room. Amazing breakfast. This was my fifth stay at the place and it's my ultimate hotel choice in Munich. Highly recommended.

I arrived late in the evening, so I made use of the self-check-in procedure, which went off pretty easy; programming the room card, paying and finding the way to the room. The room itself was a bit outdated, but clean, spacious & comfortable. Had choosen the "Comfort Plus double". Relatively quiet and safely located. Good address if you need an overnight stay in this district.

Carpeted but I had no problems (allergy)

Staff at reception provided excellent information on Restaurants in the area and transportation to Munich. Room was large with a great shower. Parking although extra charge was in their own garage. Great location for getting in to Munich. Will definitely come and stay again. Perfect for us!
