The hotel is in a good and quiet location. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center, the metro station and the shop are just a few steps away. The rooms are nice and clean, the hotel also has a parking garage.

15€ extra per day for a dog is too much, as is 17€ per day for a parking space.

The breakfast buffet was OK . Nothing special to be honest .

It was difficult to find a clear table at breakfast time . The buffet staff were especially unfriendly . It was disappointing that there were no facilities in our room to make a hot drink ( is this a British obsession ?!)

Staff member Julia was very friendly and helpful. She even came outside for a chat and told me what was nice to see in the city. Later she performed proper action to help a colleague who seemed nauseous and flaw, when i asked her if i could do something she told me that she allready called for the ambulance, which arrived not much later and took her colleague with them to the hospital. Super professional.

Nothing mainly, it's a good hotel At first i missed a smokers-corner outside, but then i came to see the terrace they have behind the hotel, this is something they could share/ask at check-in.

Very good hotel! They have everything that is needed! The room was surprisingly big for the price and everything inside was also good quality and rather new. Clean, good location (very close to metro and just some minutes to the old town and central area). When we go to Nürnberg again - we definitely stay here!! Although, we were on the 2 floor and someone for sure smoked downstairs.. hope they paid for it!! Otherwise our stay would be perfect! Idea to the hotel: make them pay not just you, but also those around who they made not sleep, cough and experience discomfort! That’s just fare!

The hotel is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes by walking away from the walls of the old town and 30 minutes by walking from the main train station. However, it is very close to a metro stop, hence one reaches very conveniently the city center and the train station in 10/15 minutes. The room was well equipped, with a fridge, sink, cutlery (to be requested to the staff), space for the clothes, and a large TV. Both the room and the bathroom's towels were perfectly clean. The breakfast was superb, with a wide choice of good quality products, both sweet and savory; the location of the breakfast is also very nicely furnished. Further, the time for breakfast is extremely flexible (6:30-10:30 during weekdays and 7:00-11:30 during the weekends). Finally, the check-out time is very convenient, as one can check-out until 12:00, or even request for a later check-out at 14:00.

The only complaint I might have is that the bed had two adiacent single mattresses (as if they were two single beds pushed together), instead of one double mattress, which is not ideal as the mattresses move a little creating a gap between them. Connecting wireless the TV to the phone was also not always functioning.

Room was a good size and very clean

Location next to the metro was great. Free parking out front. Supermarket over the road. Room has microwave and a good fridge. We were very happy there and would stay again

Not the hotels fault but there was large gangs of young Asian and African men outside the hotel area late at night. Most weren't a problem but we had one African male scaring and Intimidating us. If I was alone it wouldn't be so bad but he didn't seem to care that he was upsetting my wife and children. It's a difficult position to be in. Do you front him up and try and get him to back away or try to ignore and move away whilst he is following you. Left a bad taste on my experience of Nuremberg unfortunately

The hotel is only 3 stops by U2/U3 from the main train station, only 1 stop to exchange to U1 at Plärrer. So it's very convenient and quick to get to the most parts of Nürnberg. Across the street in front of the hotel there is also a supermarket Rewe, very practical. The hotel room we stayed is facing the south and it's generally quiet at night. The breakfast selection and quality are decent. Overall it's a good value.

The bedding is just too warm for us and we had to improvise to only use the sheets as cover at night.

We had a fantastic stay 7 night stay in total.The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. hotel’s location is perfect — just a short walk from the U-bahn and 5 mts travel distance to the main station and surrounding areas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

One small suggestion: it would be nice if the hotel provided basic toiletries like a shaving kit and toothbrush in the room, or mentioned clearly at check-in if guests need to request them separately.

We stayed at this hotel in middle June and liked the location of the hotel, there is a metro station and a railway station ( Rothenburger Straße) within a couple of minutes on foot. with the U Bahn one get easily to the airport and with the S Bahn one can travel to neighbouring towns. Right in front of the hotel there is a big super market ReWe where one could buy something if needed. The room itself was decorated in a modern way with comfortable bed, mattresses and bed linen. The room was spacious, clean and the furniture was comfortable. There were enough options to store one’s clothes. The breakfast the hotel offers is very good with the perfect combination of salty and sweet options.
