This was our second time staying at the hotel, and overall we were very pleased once again. What we really appreciated was the cosy and peaceful atmosphere – no one disturbed us, everything was clean, quiet, and we didn’t encounter any problems during our stay.

However, one thing we found less convenient was the late check-in process. After 10pm, only one check-in kiosk was working. One was clearly marked as out of order, while the other, although switched on, was mounted too high to use comfortably. This caused a queue and long waiting times, as the guests in front of us were struggling with the system. All three families ahead of us had issues checking in.

The hotel was quiet despite being close to the airport, in the morning you can chose between the regular bus or the shuttle bus (chose whichever is at more convenient time, as they are both big buses, so comfort is similar, the BVG bus is cheaper especially if you already have a tourist ticket). The rooms are not big, but was comfortable for a night stay. Price wise is average, but definitely not on the cheaper side.

Reaching it via public transportation is problematic at late time and somehow the instructions were not clear. The bus 743/236 does not run at those time, a not mentioned 736/N36 can be used, but the first leaves you like 15-20 minutes walk time from the hotel. You can take a cab or pay attention and catch the last 743 (unclear if you can do it from BER or from the S-Banh Schonefeld station, the old airport's station). For food the only solution late at night in the hotel is a vending machine, maybe you have some better meal choices in the other hotels.

The staff we met on arrival was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We arrived way before the check-in time. She contacted her manager and they made a room available for us. And she gave us all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable and.all available about transports. The hotel had codes to access and exit your room and the main entrance, and this made it easy for us to leave the next day without worrying about dropping the keys as we has an early flight 5.55am the next day. The room was very clean and comfortable..

Value for money. Good for a short stay, comfortable, clean and helpful staff. Great room with a view. There is also a shuttle service to the airport available from infront of the Moxy hotel, which is a few minutes walk from B&B. You need to register beforehand, we registered the night before and got it. Costs 3 euros per person.

It's at "Flughafen Berlin", but it is quite far and we did struggle getting to the correct bus platform from the Berlin Brandenburg Flughafen Bahnhof. Please ask the staff in case you are also wondering where the Bus platforms here, there are 2, one for long distance and one for the bus which you need to reach the hotel. Without public transport, you have uber or taxis.

Staff (when they are.....reception closes at 22:00) are very friendly. If you have a very active dynamic related with BER Airport, this is the place. It is well connected via public buses even during the whole night but with hourly schedules.

The room is very basic. To be in Germany, I missed a water boiler in the room or at least a warm beverage machine in the lobby specially knowing that the reception closes at 22:00 and the area is not yet well supplied by cafes or restaurants.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport by bus--very, very easy and accessible each direction. Our room was perfectly clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. There are not a lot of frills, and there is very little nearby to do. Don't stay here if you're looking for a tourist experience. It's strictly a very nice, comfy hotel right next to the airport. We had dinner at a very nice and yummy Italian restaurant about 100 yards from the hotel, and a good breakfast was offered (we left very early and didn't have the breakfast).

Everything was perfect, but if I had to come up with something, it would have been nice to have some sort of dinner option in the hotel. There were snacks, but even just sandwiches or something would have been great. We got there late in the day and we were hungry. Fortunately, we found the restaurant next door, and of course there are many options available at the airport (it's just harder to eat when you're managing your luggage).

The room & shower were spotlessly clean. Staff were great too.

Poor public transport links to Flughafen on Sunday's.Booking.com states that hotel is 1.6km from Airport,this is more likely to be in a straight line (as the crow flies) Taxi cost was €22 on Saturday evening & €20 on Sunday evening.Sunday taxi was an experience. Apparently I F....d the drivers day by asking him to take me to Hotel b&b LOL

Double room for the price at airport location good. Nice powerful shower.

Although I had bus numbers, I could not find the bus stop at Berlin airport (more info from hotel) I don't even know if transport was available at 23:00, so undertook a 45 min walk. Would be nice to have a manned desk instead of online check-in just outside the hotel door after 22:00. Free coffee making or coffee available in morning would have been welcomed.

This is a great hotel for an early flight. Very comfortable room, parking garage on site. Nice restaurant down the street. This will be our regular hotel for the airport from now on. Until now, that was the problem with Berlin airport, no hotels close to airport. We have stayed at another B&B in another country, did not like it, this is different, much better.

Nothing, this is better than expected.

the hotel had a simple self-check-in and no need for checking out. the room was clean, warm (in February). the wifi was ok, note we were on the last room of the building where it should be the weakest.

location and connection: the bus connection with the airport is not effective early morning (before 8 am) or late in the evening, which added 18 euros of taxi costs for us, and on the way back 3.60 euros per person by bus (every 20 min). Walking for nearly one hour (52 min, 3.8 km), with no apparent pavement, is not an option, especially if you have young asleep children and under poor weather (our case). For us this was the main negative part, as we have 2 kids (aged 5 and 6) and most taxis cannot take us without car seats.
