The hotel is a great value for its price! Really clean and modern, with AC rooms which are spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is great but they even let us order outside food delivered in the hotel. I would recommend this property. Plenty of parking space. Its dog friendly.

The only downside is the location is a bit in the residential area and far from the center, but there is a train station right outside the hotel, so this should not be a problem.

It was a great hotel in Milan, we had a good time staying here because of the size of the rooms and amazing facilities. The price was a differential, as well.

So, this hotel is located in a suburb, if you going there know that it takes around 30-40m to get to the city center by train or metro (the station is like 15m walking).

A hotel is located a short walk from Comasina metro station, which brings you directly to the city centre. Also nearby is the train station that can get you to the Sempione Park. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. The staff is friendly and willing to help you with any problem you have. The rooms are big and clean, we got a triple room although we were two in a room. They changed towels and sheets and cleaned the rooms every day. On request, they also provided us with a pair of slippers. All in all, a very nice place to stay in this price range, especially in Milan. We also used the parking that they have, although it was not included in the price. The parking was secured with ramps.

The wifi provided was not so good, forget any video watching above 480p, although there were not many guests in the hotel. Also, we would appreciate a few more hooks in the bathroom, there was just one installed in the shower.

Amazing. Was extremely worried when we booked and then checked reviews afterwards which aren’t great, we were going to get a refund until we found out we couldn’t… Well I’m glad we still choose to stick to Hotel da Vinci and am absolutely clueless as to what the bad reviews are talking about. Besides the fact it’s not purple, the building is gorgeous and the decor is inside is pretty nice too even if it’s on the darker side, still stunning. We were welcomed by very friendly receptionists and the check-in process was simple and quick. We then made way up to our room, this is the part we were worried about … as we entered the room we were very impressed by the decor, stunning bed frames, a large beautiful bathroom with a waterfall shower. Keep in mind we got the cheapest room rate. Beds are huge and very comfortable. The rooms were spotless and very very clean. The only downsides of the room was that the aircon didn’t work and the wardrobes are built strangley so you can’t open them fully but this really did not change our opinion on Hotel Da Vinci. At this point we were baffled because we were expecting the worst due to reviews left by clearly very picky people. There are trains, bus’ and metros available, although I do recommend the metro which is 15 minute walk but very quick metro ride to Milano Central. When we returned the hotel we thought we’d check out the restaurant & bar area. Yet again, stunning and great food which isn’t too pricey. The service wasn’t the best in the restaurant but they were busy and we could tell the manager/supervisor was trying his best to keep everything under control. You can also order food to take up to your room if you’d prefer that. Overall the Hotel Da Vinci has really impressed us considering the price and is definitely great value for money. You definitely get what you pay for and if we return to Milano we will be staying here again.

Staff was helpful

Initially I was booked into a room on the 8th floor that had a strong stench however the staff were able to change my room after raising the issue at the front desk.

Room: The room was spacious and clean, including the bathroom. If you need any additional amenities like extra slippers or razors, the reception is happy to assist, which we found very helpful. Check-in & Check-out: The process was smooth and hassle-free, even when we arrived late at night. The reception staff was available to welcome us and ensure all our needs were met. Facilities: Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to visit the lounge and bar as we spent most of our time in the city centre. Location: The hotel is conveniently located about a 12-minute walk from the nearest Yellow Line station, providing easy access to the city centre. If you’re comfortable with a short walk, this hotel is a great choice for exploring the area. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

Great breakfast

The staff were very friendly… especially a reception manager, she helped us with the check in and parking. Even gave us a day free parking since we were confused abt it. She even gave us a room with a balcony upon request.

Two things that they can be better at is keeping an electric kettle in the room, a coffee machine, and extra pillows. Also the balcony could be renovated to be more welcoming… it wasn’t maintained well.

The room is super spacious, I could bring 2 large luggages and there wouldnt be any problem opening both at the same time. There is a train station right behind the hotel so thats very convenient. The bed is nice and they have a single bed aside from the queen size, I have no idea why but I used it to rest after a day out and before shower so the bed is clean.

I think the heater is too hot during the winter. But I think it automatically switched off around midnight and the window can be open to bear with the heat.

The hotel is near the highway, you can quickly exit to the roads heading to Como or Garda Lake. The metro station is not quite far away, in 10-15 mins you are there and it has direct line with the Duomo. The hotel has a restaurant but the offer is not quite diverse. Prices are good altough.

Altough it is a 4 star hotel the hotel was similar to a 3 stars one. Once arrived in the room, tired after the road we noticed that there aren't enough towels, only 2 instead of 3. We have made the reservation for 3 people so they should have been prepared for receiving the guests and not to put us in the situation of asking for additional towel, soap and shower gel. There are no slippers, shower cap, tooth brush, nothing else beside shower gel and soap. The breakfast was not included in the price so we decided to pay extra (15 euro each person, same price for the kid) but it wasn't that great. There were few things to choose and the fruits for example were not that fresh. I wouldn't recommend it. The temperature from the room was quite high, and the bathroom vent was not working.
