Check in wait was about 15 min with only one person and two staff assisting. We were tired and ready to take a shower when we noticed no towels were on the bath. I call the reception on my personal phone because the room phone was disconnected and they took time to answer to inform them I need towels. I waited like 25 minutes and no towels came in then decided to go to the front desk and I found the receptionist chatting with the 2nd shift receptionist and not attending the phone. He gave me the towels and ask if no towels were left in the room to report it. Hotel manager needs to pay more attention to this details and train staff on how to provide better costumer services.

The hotel's location was satisfactory due to the diverse culinary options provided by the neighboring restaurants. The 24-hour pharmacy conveniently situated adjacent to the hotel proved particularly useful when we required toothpaste at an inopportune hour. I experienced a sense of security both within the hotel and its environs. Recommendation: When exiting the hotel, travel a short distance and visit the establishment known as "Menuderia." The establishment offers a commendable culinary experience, particularly their menudo, and provides complimentary refills. On the menudo

The breakfast was excellent - surprisingly great. I thought it was going to be a cup of coffee and a donut. I was surprised. Actually, my family stayed there once before and convinced me to book it again. Yes, I would definitely stay there again.

The property is located across an outdoor mall.. to be honest, I had little trouble getting out of the parking lot. There is some series traffic on that street - and you must be careful when crossing the street.

The ladies seem a little rude except one who does the cleaning in the breakfast area The guys were nice too. The bed is hard as a rock. My sheets were dirty

We had to go downstairs for towels for the room had none and for whatever reason the phone didn't work

The lady that helps in the front desk has a bad attitude. I don’t know if she dislikes her job or the people but please train her or change her. Didn’t crack a smile once during my stay.

Close to the airport, not the best luxury hotel but does the job of your looking to get some rest and shower quick! It’s pretty decently clean and very quite. Staff is also very nice!
