I appreciate the kindness of all the hotel's staff. I liked that they made an effort to accommodate me on the first floor and to the back of the hotel as I requested it in advance due to my disability. I enjoyed their complementary continental breakfast just one day only because I left early the next day. It exceeded my expectation. I asked the breakfast server if she could make me a sandwich "protein style" which means wrapped in lettuce not bread and she did it for me. Thank you :) The room was small but nice. I didn't expect more for the amount I paid. The room was clean, the Wi-fi was good; and I like the hotel location.

The room #108 has an old dark plastic blind that lets in light at night. It was difficult for me to fall sleep because the spotlight in the parking lot was filtering through the blind, hitting me right in the face. I'll attach a picture of it. Also, I didn't like the bed sheet because it was thin, very stained, and wrinkled. I thought it was dirty, but I smelled it and it had a clean scent.

cleanliness, very friendly staff, great location. Parking was good, inside the courtyard, there was security guard walking the property. Avenida Constitution has everything you need, pizza, tacos, supermarket, also next to the pharmacy. Laundromat is super close too. Avenida Revolution is one block away only! We walked everywhere.

People were talking loudly outside our door, also loud walkies of the cleaning ladies. The room could use coffee maker, ironing board and iron

We had a wonderful stay at the Aqua Rio Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location is perfect — close to downtown attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, which made exploring the city super convenient. What stood out most was the friendly atmosphere and great value for the price. I would recommend Aqua Rio to anyone looking for a pleasant and budget-friendly place to stay. I’ll definitely be back!

It was a quiet location compared to the others at the same price on the strip that have loud music. This didn't happen that way. It was quiet at night. They were serving a breakfast with several healthy options but, I did not use it. I would use again if in Tijuana.

An intoxicated person checked in the room next door and was overly loud for 90 minutes straight. The security took care of them and it went quiet. I asked housekeeping not to go in my room until I vacate but, they went in on third day to change towels and clean a little. No big deal. Maybe it was not communicated to them.

Nice breakfast with a lot of fruits! Staff very friendly and helpful, but a bit disorganized at times. Rooms are nice. The hotel is close to Av. Revolucion, but you have to walk a bit to get right into the center. Probably calmer than hotels right on the Avenida.

Our first room had no daylight at all (window directed to a hallway) plus a very loud neighbour - we could hear everything from phone calls to snoring. We finally moved to another room which had some daylight and no loud neighbour. The mattress could be better. And instead of shampoo, we had body wash in the room - and after inquiry, the management first said this was a mistake, but later insisted that although there was "body wash" written on the bottle, it was actually shampoo. Not very convincing, but no drama either.

It would work it worked on the phone but the website and the phone web is a trick and I'm lucky that it did work on my phone I don't know who plays with the website the phone website and the Google Internet is something wrong with it staff and everything else is good different finding a hotel it wasn't too hard to find but just wrong with the phone make things harder but once I was there it was good thank you you good you did a good job did nothing wrong

The internet website is a real mess I don't know what kind of scams hacks American people try that's very hateful and it's not you you did a good job thank you the booking websites are always flipping the scripts you don't know what the price might be when they say one thing and when you get there that problem could be fixed that would be helpful thank you

I had to go up stairs, and I have a hard time walking, however, that was the only room available when I arrived. Respectfully.EPB

really clean hotel very affordable and is close to everything as well, the rooms are clean and nice, the people at front desk are nice, and I liked the detail of having complimentary coffe 24/7 we loved the coffe. 'tacos el gordo' is 2 minutes away walking distance literally next to the hotel and they close until 3 AM so you can get your tacos at any time.

Security guy was so rude requested to move my toyota Tacoma to parking in diferent building and empty I'm afraid to move it.the reason he said he can parked 2 cars in my space, the reception agreed with me

Good breakfast, nice lady who serves breakfast, good price for its quality and convenient location, cleaning everyday, hot shower, free water and coffee 24/7, cozy light, air conditioner

One administrator was grumpy, not very comfy mattress (too soft for me), old beddings, noisy at night cuz airplanes flying close to it ( i used earplugs so was ok), windows placed at parking and courtyard so people always come through and you can see them in window.
