Breakfast was adequate. They give you free minimal breakfast. The fruit was good and a good amount, a small cup of yogurt, OJ, coffee and three cookies.

The floor in the room was unwashed. My new slippers and my granddaughter's feet were filthy. I am sure this was a one time thing. Never any problems before.

The facilities design, the courtesy of the personnel and the quietness.

The wifi never worked on the TV. To be honest I didn't call the personnel for support and I am sure they would've helped, but it didn't work by itself.

Hotel has a very nice facilities, room was larger than a standard room, same thing with the bathroom, Love the quietness of the room, beds super cozy, temperature was ok too.

Monterrey is currently experiencing water issues and the city doesn't have water but at this hotel we didn't ran into any of does issues and are very satisfied of that

The people at this location are professional beyond belief.
