The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the pillows were quite comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed, including a refrigerator. The size of the rooms exceeded my expectations. Breakfast could have offered a bit more variety, though it was still sufficient. However, it lacked some basic items such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives. The staff were very helpful . Having a shuttle to the metro station every half hour was very convenient. The hotel’s air conditioning system worked a bit too strongly, so even though we were there in July, we sometimes had to sit in the lounge with sweaters. The constant availability of tea and coffee, as well as a wide selection of herbal teas in the lobby, was a nice touch. Arlington is a very safe area, which made it easy for us to get everywhere, and it was also a beautiful and safe place for walking. We thank all the staff. In addition, the availability of a washing machine and dryer was a great convenience, especially for long trips and families with children.

The breakfast was sufficient and included in the price. It can have more variety and change each day. Loved the shuttle and pickup to the Metro Station. the Hotel is spotless , the beds are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

considering there were many tourists, the breakfast time could be adjusted to maybe start and end a little later, say 7-10 am Selection of breakfast foods could vibe improved. Same thing every day. also some fresh fruit salad should be added. Parking fee is truly not necessary. You need to pay to park everywhere, should be included with the hotel stay.

Our room was great - excellent lighting, very quiet, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with lighted mirror, nice little kitchen with cook top, dishwasher and full fridge. One of the best things was the free shuttle that takes you or picks you up anywhere within one mile of the hotel. You can get to restaurants, two metro stops, and the walkable Key Bridge into Georgetown, all of which we did. The bar downstairs was nice, bountiful breakfasts, and a convenient snack store.

Everything was perfect about Homewood Suites. Highly recommended. Excellent room service, clean rooms, spacious, wonderful breakfast, and coffee is there all the time. The shop is fantastic and I found everything i need (cold meds, snacks, detergents). I also really like the security and safety measures and that food delivery is allowed only at reception area. Definitely coming again. Many thanks to the wonderful staff and the reception desk that was always friendly and welcoming. Hope to see them again :)

Large suite room with sofa, real kitchenette, good HVAC, double size shower with glass doors, quiet and well-maintained. Spacious ground floor lobby featured various comfortable seating and eating spaces, combined with a breakfast area, and a separate counter served light meals for lunch and dinner. Meals were well-prepared, attractively presented, with fresh ingredients. The shuttle service was always quick and easy to use during our week stay. Staff was friendly and responsive. There is a good choice of restaurants on Wilson Blvd near North Quinn, an easy walk from hotel.

Location required use of the shuttle service to and from the Rosslyn Metro to get into DC. It’s a 15+/- minute walk, a long uphill on Key Blvd and a short downhill on North Quinn. The bathroom fan was on a motion sensor and would start up unnecessarily, even from motion outside the room.

The hotel was clean. Staff was great. We spent a week there and really enjoyed the breakfast each day. The location is great for touring the city. Our room had a kitchen it was great, all furnished so we could make simple meals at night.

The hotel is at the bottom of the hill so if you're planning on doing a lot of walking remember there's hills to go up. I thought of it as an extra work out and coming back was all downhill so that was a bonus.

Well maintained and clean. Pretty nice stay. Most of the staff were very courteous and professional.

Due to its location off the uneven terrain they provide a shuttle to and fro for about a mile from the hotel. The issue is that there are inconsistencies in the staffs communication between the concierge and the driver and they mess up the pickup many a time. Personally, I met one person who was quite unprofessional at the front desk, regarding the miscommunication with shuttle driver. So much so that I wanted to raise an issue with the manager.

Breakfast was excellent, with a perfect selection available. The room was spacious and had all the amenities that I needed. The shower was excellent. Cleanliness, too. The whole area is hilly, and I wasn't expecting that, but after a few days, I got used to it. There are nice restaurants and cafes in the vicinity, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The nearest metro station was a 10-minute walk, but there was a hotel shuttle. Connecting to the internet through a promotion code rather than a room number, was odd, but it worked.

We have staid at this location a few times. It is our preferred hotel in the area. It is close to my daughter's school in Washington, D.C. We love this location. It's close to the school, Georgetown and downtown Washington. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best that I have had. Parking is convenient and reasonably priced.

There really isn't much that I didn't like, but if there is one thing... a couple of boxes of tissues in the room would be nice. My family goes through a lot of tissues.

The location & free shuttle.

The room price I got through Booking.com somehow was different from the price on my final bill!!! It took a while for the staff @ the hotel, me, & a customer service representative @ Booking.com to sort it out. Annoying when we were in a hurry to check out & catch our flight. I still don’t understand how the mistake was made!!! By the way, I never know the hotel also charge tax on parking!!! It states $25/day for hotel guests. But it’s actually more, because of its tax! Wonder who’s tax? Booking.com please mark it on the hotel page @ your website!!!
