Room was well appointed and clean although there was some hair remaining in the shower/ tub from the previous guest(s). The shower drain backed up. It seemed that the tub plug mechanism may have been broken and stuck in place. Other than this issue the room was fine. The breakfast was adequate although the eggs had run out when I first arrived in the dining area and took a while to be replaced. Food was standard nothing to exceptional, but a decent value added-amenity. The desk personnel both at check-in and check-out were very pleasant and represented the property well.

Shower didn't drain. Alerted front desk at check-out and the person was very appreciative of knowing and said she would be immediately reporting that issue for being repaired. The small balcony outside the room had not been cleaned in what looked like a long time. There was a large amount of spider webs and dust and dirt accumulated. Hopefully that will be addressed before warmer weather when guest may want to use that area. For the most part the property seemed well maintained.

We like the location. It is central to the places that we visit in Burlington. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed the little balcony off the room. It was very quiet; no noise from anywhere.

Our only complaint is that the cleaning lady came and tried to get in the room at 7:10 am to do the cleaning. She said that her schedule indicated that we had checked out. So much for sleeping late.

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. I love that there was a fridge and microwave. I also felt secure knowing that the back parking lot is monitored and that the back door was key card accessible.

We had some neighbors that were loud in the night, with doors slamming more than once. I am also pretty sure the people next to us were smoking in their room.

The eating area was a great asset so we could eat our take-out dinner, and have some utensils to use.

I booked especially because of the pool, knowing it was going to be a hot move-in day for my daughter. Was really looking forward to an end of the day swim. The pool was closed for painting (after Memorial Day !) , and I think that I should have been told that when making my reservation. Also, the small balcony off of my room was really dirty on the ground. I would have liked to sit outside but it wasn't appealing.

The staff was super friendly and the location is just off the highway. All good. The hotel is a hit tired though. The carpets and in general all was a bit worn. However, this was reflected in the price. Wouldn’t take my wife there, but for a sole traveller, it is very good

The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. The sheets and pillows were exceptional. There were plenty of towels. We appreciated having coffee, microwave and a fridge in the room.

There were crumbs on the floor in our room. The parking situation wasn’t clear but we were told by the receptionist right away.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and was a quick drive to the hospital.

The parking isn’t the best. We got there late because we were at the hospital and we could only find me parking spot way out back that wasn’t handicap parking.

Everything, especially the 4 EV chargers. All hotels should have these. Thank you for leading the way to a cleaner future.

The windows in the room did not open. I prefer outside air to inside, recycled air.

Very good breakfast with many options. Great lighting in the room.

Furniture old: desk top no longer smooth for writing, bathroom counter starting to separate from the legs holding it, shower sprayer holder broken, however this did not seriously affect my overall satisfaction.
