We only interacted with one staff member on our visit. It was during check in and the woman seemed nice and efficient at checking guest in. The grounds, lobby, hallways and our room was clean. We were happy to see that each bed in the double bed room we booked had 3 of the fluffiest pillows on them. We also liked that it was very quiet, even though the hotel was on a busy street, we couldn't hear any noise from outside or from other rooms.

The mattress itself, wasn't very comfortable. A solid 6 out of 10 for the mattress.

I don't usually write a review as in a very busy person. Me and husband came every year here in Chicago to do shopping for donation like clothes shoes bags and school supplies to donate to the people in Philippines that less fortunate than me. I buy many clothes bags shoes and send I to Philippines, but we are scared where we gonna stay ? So we search and roam around Chicago and found this place and I book a room last year I was amazed . For the cheap room but very nice staff , very supportive and so nice place to stay becoz nice neighborhood. So nice room very quite 😍 I love this hotel and absolutely I'm coming back next year. . GREAT PLACE TO STAY LOVE THANK YOU

Was very quiet and great location. Love Super 8 continues to keep the coffee maker & coffee in each room - PLEASE never take this away as this is a MAIN reason we continue to book here over many years!

There was no microwave which I thought was in ALL Super 8 locations. When toilet backed up and called the front desk, I assumed someone would come fix, I ended up having to come get the plunger myself and fix myself (due it seemed to no maint being there, understaffed) hence the front desk person had to step away to locate a plunger.

Bed is comfy. Room is clean.

We booked the reservation with breakfast but they are renovating the area, so no breakfast provided during our stay.

The room was clean, Staff pleasant.

The breakfast could’ve been better, Hot food would’ve been excellent.

The room was beautiful. The best customer service I have ever received. Staff is respectful and kind. Came to the door with special service like breakfast accommodations.

The confirmation of my reservation was through PayPal and the person who attended me asked for my debit card, which I did not think was necessary, I do not distrust the person but rather the time we live in

the staff are kind and very welcoming. the rooms are nice and there’s nice lighting in the bathroom.

No complaints, there are some smoking rooms so if you smoke there’s rooms you can book here.
