10/10 location 9/10 comfortable beds 9/10 value 8/10 friendly staff 7/10 bathroom 6/10 breakfast 5/10 cleanliness Shower was good, quick hot water and easy to figure out. Nothing fancy as far as amenities- but it’s good on the necessities and they are in good working order.

Could have been cleaner in the room. There was some dirt on the kitchen floor and a hair on the bathroom ceiling. It was cleaner than my own home- but could have been cleaner. The coffee during breakfast was good, but the food options could have had something healthier. They were better than nothing…. muffins and nutri-gain bars. Maybe some bananas and apples would have been a nice addition.

Staff April was great..

The pillows were stained with red stuff very gross..I had a black light n that was the only way I would have seen it..the staff did give new pillow cases..but most of the rooms was not cleaned per staff

The staff was friendly and helpful especially the older lady that worked nights.

The fact that one of the doors didn’t work so you had to walk to the front or wait to be let in.

I liked and enjoyed everything. Love the staff the room felt like an apartment. I just wish the deluxe rooms were pet friendly. Other than that everything was perfect

Was an Extended Stay America Suites less three blocks away and caused confusion when Uber driver delivered us back to hotel. Plus booking.com gave us address as South Bend but really in Mishawaka. Then when called had to call back to a different number to get front desk cause couldn’t transfer. Needed to be updated. Hotel clean … but needed a refresh

Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Would stay again. Loved the location. Came for an ND game very close to university. Convenient to restaurants and bussinesses

Issues accessing the side door with our room key...even during daytime.

The rooms were close together as requested. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. I wish I could remember the names. The early morning and late night front desk staff was great! The young man cleaning and restocking rooms was helpful, friendly, and gracious.

The third floor still smelled like it used to be a smoking floor from years ago.

Easy and convenient to get in and out, lots of businesses around the area.

I couldn't stay longer. The only drawback is there is no room service.
