The people at the desk were very nice and assisted with our needs.

The breakfast was terrible. I did not expect much, but this was not worth eating.

Clean spacious room, attentive staff, well rounded breakfast and clean facilities.

Electronic lock/key entry to room 218. In four days, had to have the keys re imaged to get access to room. New keys also had issue with the door lock, as it would take a minimum of 6 - 8 tries before the light would turn green allowing access, and even then, with the green light, turning the handle cid not allow accesss...try again. It was bothersome, but not a deal breaker. That door lock needs to be repaired or replaced altogether. Thermostat on heat/AC unit needs to be recalibrated, had heat set for 65 after 2 hours, had to shut down heat and open window.

We enjoyed the easy access on & off the I-25 interstate. Very nice , large rooms. Staff was always very Helpful, Friendly. The rooms were mostly refreshed every day. We really enjoyed the large pool and hot tub, so refreshing! We had been traveling for 5 days prior, so having the easy access to laundry right there in the hotel, For a great price was perfect and so convenient! Really enjoyed our stay and will be going back there soon.

Nothing was bad , if we ran out of something they had it at the front desk.

We chose this property based on reviews and location to the attractions we wanted to see. We weren't disappointed at all! Smooth check-in process upon arrival. The lady at the front desk was knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. Breakfasts were great! Wide variety of food and it rotated daily, which was nice since we stayed several nights. The location is close to many attractions, easy access to the interstate and main highways. The pool is large and good temperature.

Nothing major, the hot tub wasn't very warm one evening and the jets were really weird. Water coming out randomly, splashing you as you sat. The pull out bed in the couch in our room was pretty gross, stains on the mattress and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Fortunately, we had an air mattress with us so we just used that instead.

Breakfast was good & they were on top of it, making sure all fields of food were full!

Over all stay was good! I didn’t like the $100.00 deposit fee..who I know we get it back. I also didn’t like that they took out from my account twice because they thought we were going on a night that we canceled & rescheduled for another night which booking.com didn’t tell them or it didn’t show up on there end that I had to reschedule. I did get that money back though.

Spacious rooms, cleanest shower I've ever seen in a hotel, decent beds but seemed smaller than the Queen size that I paid for. Absolutely loved the pool area. It had large glass windows to look out. I bet the view was amazing years ago before everyone started moving in and putting up houses and businesses. The large pool was great and hot tub was fantastic!! Led to an exercise room which then led out to sliding glass doors and had a patio with chairs and grill. It was beautiful!!

Beds smaller than expected. We paid for 2 Queen beds and they were the smallest Queen beds I've ever slept on. Breakfast was lacking with sliced ham heated up and eggs. No biscuits, no gravy, no sausage. Waffle makers, toast, and watered down juice.

It was an easy access off I-25. Well lit facility although our friend's car was accidentally left open and someone stole some of his stuff. The breakfast was good with a good variety of breakfast food which was better than just being offered waffles and coffee.

Did not like the fact that there was no USB ports for charging cell phones etc didn't like that at all! They need to update at least one of the lamps that offer USB ports. TV was small but doable. I noticed their windows open without any safety feature. People could just fall out of it. I would think If they want it to be open to only open 6 in so that no kid could jump out or fall out If they were to lean over. No reason for it to be open any further on the second floor where we were.

We never consider any other place when in Colorado Springs. Our visits are usually booked around medical and hospital visits. The staff are always friendly, smiling and accommodating. The rooms are clean, well kept and comfortable. The breakfast area is very clean, well stocked and the attendant is always aware of the customer's needs. The location is excellent for being in an area with entertainment, restaurants, close to downtown and the Interstate is close for on/off traffic. Can you tell we love this place!!

The entrance to the property was a little confusing to find. At first appearance, I was disappointed by the location and questioned safety. But after going inside I was glad that I had chosen this hotel. My room was great and met my disability needs. The room was clean and comfortable and it was nice they had an indoor pool and jacuzzi to go relax in. Breakfast was also good.

Good price for a place close in to the locations I needed to access during my visit. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, rooms and bathroom extremely clean. So, it was a good value.

Breakfast was very marginal. No fruit during our stay, only meat was ham (so no kosher or halal meat choice), only cow's milk. Eggs were pre-formed discs, as was the highly processed round ham slices. Location was a bit sketchy, but once inside felt safer.
